hii.how can i get my child theme update as the woocommerce is not compatible with the older version of the theme and also pls update WPBakery Page Builder plugin of my website and push it to my website.because these causing vulnerability problem to my website.

Hii..My theme wp bakery page builder plugin is not updated since very long time because i cant update it from my side only the theme provider or author can update it,due to which my website is not working properly.whatever i am adding or editing through wp bakery page builder or backend is not updating finally.I tried everything but the problem is on every part of website.i cant modify anything.I Have also sent mail previously but did not get any answer.Pls help as i cant do anything on my website.

If you update theme you don’t lose your content. After update theme just delete plugin that need update then again install it from admin notice

We have installed theme and demo content but there is difference in testimonial slider.
In your demo url (Home 3) the testimonial slider is owl-carousel and where as i can see testimonial as a slick slider in my demo. why ? also bullets are not circle.

In our testimonial plugin we used both slick and owl carousel both library. These used for different styles. Can you try to share your site url via our support email – so that we can check it ? Which styles you are using?

Just let me know from where to change style. I have checked in admin Go to home3 edit it and changed different styles of CL testimonial but it is not coming like you have Owl- carousal.

Please contact your hosting. Xml file importing not supported. When we tried in manually it went to timeout. So try to ask them to support xml import and timeout issue. Thanks
Ok, will do. In the meantime I have a couple of other issues that I hope you an answer.
First, I want to use the ‘trainer’ custom post type but not show the featured image on the page itself because it splits the content into too many columns and the left side of the page becomes wasted space below the image. So, how can not show the featured image on the trainer page (but still have it in the grid listings of course). in other words, I want to design the trainer page myself from scratch using VC.
Secondly, when I add a trainer category the category name is not show on the main category page, for example lets say I add a trainer category called ‘bodybuilding’ When I view that category page the title is show as BLOG and not the category title.
