Hello! What’s the old domain please? The email was probably filtered by the spam filter somehow, as I can’t find it, but I can do it from the domain instead of using the purchase code, so is safe to link the old domain here.

If was your email, it was linked to a local installation, and you can now try again the activation. It should work.

Well, what you require to do here goes far behind the tasks of a theme. It would be like saying that the paint of the car can change the speed, is a completely different jurisdiction
What you need to do must be achieved with plugins and/or a bit of custom coding, while still be applied to a website using this theme.

Hello and thanks for the email. After checking your website, it turns out that you have 2 big issues:
1) is caused by bad plugin settings https://imgur.com/OF5pt4N 2) Another, about the music, is caused by a recent change you made to your site, that messed up the permalinks. You must change the permalinks of all the stored tracks if you want to fix it https://imgur.com/T0yHdwo
This is not a theme bug, is a settings problem, and if you need more help to fix it, I’m gonna need to ask you for a valid support license, as unfortunately your support period is expired, and we can’t dishonor the other customers whom are renewing the service.

I changed the permalinks because I thought that the reason for not = working was that I had WAV/s and changed them to MP# this just this = morning. I thought that would solve the issue.

Is it possible to show the number of downloads for each music and also, for users to comment on each song?
Hello! Actually the answer is yes and no. Let me please explain better:
There are 2 ways of adding music: as albums and as WooCommerce products.
Since the latest theme release you can now add songs directly to the products, making each product a “single track” product (downloadable or purchasable otherwise, as any product, or for free if you wish).
If you create a “song” product, you can track downloads (the play can be traced indirectly for the moment, form the server statistics or analytics. You can require a login to download or set it without any login.
If instead you create an album (which can contain multiple songs) this has no stats on the downloads, simply because you may link a direct download link.
But, as well, you can place the downloadable track using any download manager plugin link, and therefore track this as well.
There is for the moment no built-in counter for the song play, but we are working on it, without any big prority because the best realistic data is provided by the server statistics, while the Play action is not as informative as that, so the counter may be subject to strange behaviors, while your server statistics will provide already a much more reliable information.

You can disable the plugin from the Plugins list (of course no music players will work in your site)

Hello, i bought your theme, but now i found a bug in the theme. I want to use two plugins – table price and contact form. I use this plugins: Flo Forms, Pricing Table by Supsystic, tried whith these too: Pricing Table for WPBakery page builder, Ap Pricin tables lite, Pricing table by PickPlugins. Kenthas breaks a code or visualise nothing. Тhe problem is detected when admin panel is not loaded. My support is expired. That’s why i’m writing here. Hope for a quick solution.

Not a bug sir, simply, the third party plugins you are using are not compatible with ajax page loading.
You can exclude those pages from ajax by adding _noajax to the permalinks slug of those specific pages.
In alternative you can add a noajax class to the links on the menu.
But please, of you need more help on this, consider renewing your support license, otherwise we are disrespectful toward the other customers paying for our support.

Hey there, love the theme but I just noticed your support page was down.
I have a problem with the video background loading. For some reason, on first visit to the site, it doesn’t load properly (on the home page for example). It just shows the default background image. However, if I navigate away from the page and return, the video starts as it should.
Any idea why this is happening?

About the issue, this totally requires our developers to help, so we need to make sure you access the helpdesk properly. I have no idea which setting can be wrong in your site as I’m trained only on first level support here, sorry.

Hello sir, I’m sorry but this theme is not suitable for WPMU installations. The reason is technical, and is that WPMU requires much more complex queries and database structures, and as this theme is already complex and full of custom fields and custom post types, a multisite structure would require an amount of processing that is not within a reasonable processing speed (slow website) making this usage unpractical.
Anyway, please remember that the theme license allows multiple subdomain and subfolder installations.

Hi Chris, I think then we were mentioning different sharing buttons, thought you meant the hardcoded ones in the theme source files, which are more complex to edit.
