Hello, I have purchased both Sahifa and Jannah. I want to use the Jannah theme because I love it! Is there a way to still use the post format’s you have in Basata though? Either with a plugin or a built in feature in Jannah?

Sorry I was not clear. I stated the Basata theme as the post formats I wanted, where you can have a soundcloud, instagram, quote or twitter post. Is that possible with this theme as well? I am going to use Jannah theme, was just trying to find a way to ALSO include the post styles / formats that Basata offers if possible. Make sense?

Just an idea, but I would glad pay $29 for a plugin that creates those types of post formats that work in any other theme such as Jannah. I don’t expect you to create one, but it might be a good idea. Thanks for getting back to me =)

If you think that the issue you face is a bug in the theme, you can report it by sending us an email via our profile page, it will be automatically forwarded to our dev. team and they will check if it is a bug in the theme it will be fixed in the next update. if now the email will be ignored.

I want a support where I can meet one-on-one. Just for once and for a very simple problem.
The auto generated H1 div id=”logo” is causing problems for us. The page title is not shown anywhere, but the H1 is is still generated in page source. Where can this be disabled completely?

Thanks, you should rethink having the H1 auto generated on pages as there is not really any usecase for this function other than problems, or what was your idea? it feels like a bug rather than a feature tbh

No plans to change that, The logo h1 tag used only on the Homepage and the pages built by the page builder, which usually doen’t have an H1 tag.

Hello, I would like to make a suggestion, I know that with your theme you can create smart lists more or less like this: https://jannah.tielabs.com/salad-dash/2017/02/06/better-than – robert-redford – dessert / However, doing the job is long and tedious, since you must first use the classic edition, then flood the post with some short codes and for some people this can be somewhat confusing. Another problem is that using short codes the function is only available with your theme and if for some reason I decide to use another theme, my publications would be full of useless short codes. I hope you can consider including at least the smart list creation function without the need for short codes, just as the theme newspaper x has implemented. I really liked the theme. However I have few issues
1. Back top top button size is very small on Mobile Devices. 2. Foxpush bell icon and back to top button are getting top to another. .
Also sometime some black sidebar kind of thing is popping from right side of the screen and then vanishing .
Please help.

I use sahifa theme, I use code rich snippets is ok (test in https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/). So when i use jannah theme, code rich snippets can’t read by google – the same code in widget (test in https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/).

I think the DB queries should be optimized, with big site with over 600K post, the MySql is burning the CPU, my host has 16Gb memory, and 16 CPU, and MySql using all the CPUs, and error 503 is common view for most of the users which dropped from 100-200 concurrent to 15 only!
Can you provide a solution, even if it paid!

Jannah uses the standard WordPress WP_Query for queries, nothing the theme can do to change the behavior and the functionality of the core methods, for big sites it is recommended to use a cache plugin such as Wp Super cache or WP Rocket, and a CDN service such as Cloudflare, also it is recommended to disable the features that require read/write to DB such as the Post Views.

I know, but really there is odd queries such as: SELECT DISTINCT post_author FROM wp_posts WHERE post_status != ‘auto-draft’ AND ID IN ( and here list the IDs of 600K posts) !!!
Is this normal/standard WP query?!!
The site is hosted in SiteGround, there is cache plugin with MemCached, and Cloudflare is active.
