Hello, I’ve purchased the Avada theme and want to import the Science demo. That doesn’t work. In the status in theme options the max execution time is 120 and it says it needs to be at least 180. I’m using PHP 7.3 I’ve contacted my hoster and they say 180 isn’t possible because PHP doesn’t support this yet? Is the only option to use the alternative method to upload the demo? In the past it worked fine with a different website…
I’ve tried it again and now it works!! Strange, but OK

This theme is TOP! I have a new client and thinking of purchasing another license BUT i have 2 questions. Is the latest version of Avada theme compatible with Wordpress 5.3.2? if my client wants to switch domains (but the same root), does he need to purchase another license? Thank you in advance!

1) Yes, the latest version of Avada is compatible with 5.3.2 2) We can make use of one license per active domain. If you need to make use of the same license, you need to ensure that you previous site is de-registered (delete the token and save it) and then the same token can be used in the new site

You will require to use a self hosted WordPress server in this case, you can not use Avada theme without WordPress at all, so as far as your server meet these requirements you should be good to go => https://bit.ly/2R9R9NW

Hi On inspecting the site performance I can see that there are a number of Builder and Avada css files with very little content. recommended to have them as inline script to further improve the performance. How can this be done.

When I updated WordPress on my Avada website I was no longer able to use Fusion Builder as the Fusion Builder section no longer shows up in the editing pages. After updating Avada I couldnt reach my website any more. What should I do?

Fusion Builder works all fine and good with our latest version of theme that is 6.1.2, incase its not working for you please make sure that none of your 3rd party plugin is causing this issue by disabling all of them 1 by 1, if however the issue persists please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you very soon.

Infinite Scroll on the portfolio item seems to not work on macOS Catalina/Safari. The next set of items loads, but then won’t allow you to scroll to the bottom of the page to then load the next set of items. Please see https://www.sandramilliken.com.au/music-catalogue/

I have MacOs Mojave and it works fine there for me, however can you please try and disable your smooth scroll script inside Avada > Theme Options > Advanced >Theme Options.

Hi. The slider (Revolution Slider) doesn’t show on a mobile device. All settings I can find are set to show. It tries to load and then shows blank images. Any idea?

I’ve been waiting months for a reply to a support ticket about the fact that images are not showing on my site. On this page (https://lioncx.com) there are 4 counters, each of which should have an image above it. I’m not going to pay for support when you all break site functionality with an upgrade. Images not showing is clearly a known issue and I’d like this to be fixed immediately.

This is actually the sliding bar. I am afraid the sliding bar does not have such a functionality. You can try installing the plugin convertplus by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Plugin. This plugin does offer more control on popups

The token i generated correctly with all permissions within this account but theme says as is was invalid.
I’ve bought 10 avada themes some time ago, but i instaled the first just today, for my suprise the token responds as “invalid token”.
My problems with this are from long ago, first i got some problem to download the themeforest because the registration email was different from the payment email. After solving this problem this account was unblocked but for some reason now i can’t register the theme in theme options. So i am having problem again, and in avada support i have to pay a extended support to tell them about this bug????
Can someone please look ar my problem i’ve just added my purchase code to my account in themefusion site but i couldnt create a ticket about this bug because i need to pay for an extended support? Please someone to help me with this? I just want to use the product i’ve paid for.
Oops, the problem was not with the communication problem itself. I’ve just changed the php5 to php7 and the library openssl and curl wasnt enabled. So it’s my fault not avada.

We are currently in the process of wanting to buy Avada but with one concern.
We use GoDaddy hosting and we don’t want our site down at all while build the new one. Is it possible to install Avada and work on it from the backend with it not affecting our current site?

You can install a staging site using a plugin or you can make use of Godaddy’s native staging option that they offer in managed WP hosting. Please do refer their documentation here
Once a staging site is ready, you can always push it to live and the down time would be next to none
