Gentilissimi, abbiamo provato varie volte a rendere il template adattato ai dispositivi mobile ma ciò è molto complicato con Wp Bakery che non funziona come dovrebbe. Sarebbe possibile avere un aiuto convertire il sito in mobile responsive o sostituire il plugin wp bakery con Elementor. Confidiamo nel vostro supporto. Grazie

2) “front end” editor – Logo, menu and slider are not editable because those are theme options. You can edit only visual composer modules using Front end editor.
3) & 4) Get into Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS > Paste the below css code inside the text area > Save All.

Hi! I am facing issues with the theme. On the about page, the image is floating very weirdly on different devices. The content isn’t visible on MacBooks. I have sent an email to you guys, yet to receive any response, it’s been eight days.

There’s another problem with the theme, whatever sections I am editing and updating, they are facing font issues. They don’t appear in poppins, please check this screenshot, it’s happening on Macbooks.

I have checked the site and the issues are not resolved, I cleared the cached and tried to check again in inconito, still the same.

I’ve waited for 10 days to get a response from our tech support, and then posted the query here. But you’ve not provided any effective solution to the issues. Please let me know if there are bugs and issues with the theme instead of wasting both our time.

How do you make the FIRST ticket private? There is no check-box below the message thread box. Only on the reply is there a check-box for private replies.
Your screen shot shows an example of a REPLY not a FIRST TICKET. As I mentioned previously, there is no check-box initially.

I have loaded the demo content and when i change any title (simple heading in h2) it dissapears from the view. I really hate this theme, it is so bloated, slow and a pain to work with. I only purchased it because I liked the demo pages but it probably would have been easier recreating this them elementor, now im stuck with this overbloated theme and it seems I cant even change the titles. Can you tell me what I could be doing wrong

The theme is so bloated and so many other plugins that are used and I have done a fresh install with the latest files i just paid for… still says say to register/update the layerslider and slider revolution.plugins, which dont update automatically – “There is a new version of LayerSlider WP available. View version 6.9.2 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.License activation is required in order to receive updates for LayerSlider. Purchase a license or read the documentation to learn more. Got LayerSlider in a theme?”
Import the demo content is too difficult, I get an error, even for this another “import” plugin is used. Not many theme customisation options.
