I am planning to buy a theme. But my main question is: Is it possible to use multi language for translated pages. We will use English and Arabic languages
The point is that the Arabic language is written from right to left. Which will need to turn the whole page setting to be from right to left page.

Beware of support. It is WCAG best practice not to have 2 of the same landmark. Contentinfo. Support does not want to help. There is also W3 validation errors with style elements inside of a div. support does not want to help with this either. They want you to pay someone to fix it.

I apologize, you are right, paying someone to help is another ticket. This ticket is where I am told it is reasonable to have 2 contentinfo landmarks, when WCAG best practices are not to do such. Of course if you must then you can add role but the right thing to do would to move copyright as a DIV before closing footer. Then the opening closing style, which should only be in header is in middle of divs. It is in your demo too. Most of us are trying to pass W3 validation not use excuses as to why getting errors.

Is it possible to view the price table on mobile devise in same view as on desktop, side-by-side instead of plans being top to bottom?

Our theme works on single column on mobile layout so that will not be a possibility out of the box, however this can be done using custom CSS.

I am not entirely sure what you mean by a video background on image header here? however you can have video background as well as background options in our theme, also the galleries can be added to any post type using our gallery element other than archive pages.

I just received a message from Google to to say ‘Breadcrumbs issue detected’ and inside the email it says ‘The following warnings were found on your site: data-vocabulary.org schema deprecated ‘
I am running Avada 5.9.1 as we only update once a year on this particular shop.
Is this error something I can fix in the current version or is it fixed in the new updated Avada?

This would happen if you have added a menu specifically for mobile mode by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Appearance ⇒ Menu ⇒ Manage Location. Set the select to mobile menu to empty and this would fix the issue

Awesome Theme, but there is a bug in the Galery feature. On an 4k Monitor (3840×2160px) the column / row calculation is wrong. If i use 3 images per row, it will display only 2 in the same row and the third image will be in the next row. When i switch the Monitor Resolution to 1920×1080px all imgages will be in the same row.

SPECIAL NOTE: If you have updated to Avada 6.1.2 and it appears that you are experiencing issues like blurry images or images not showing, please make sure that you apply patch #417434 released after the update.
We have a site with a large number of pages which we cannot longer see the images in full height. We applied the fix but images still not showing right. We no longer have support. Is this a theme bug? How can we fix this without going in every single page editing. All were working fine until recently.

We do not have issues where the full height of images are not seen. It would be difficult to assess/advise on the issue via the comments section. This can also be due to image enhancement plugins like jetpack, WP-smuch etc or due to lazy load added in the site
I would request you to please perform some basic diagnostics after backing up your site
1) Can I please request you to disable all third party plugins except Fusion builder and Fusion core and check if the issue still persists
2) Please disable any child theme and switch to the parent theme to check if the issue is resolved
3) Ensure that you have no system values showing in red. You can check this by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > System status. Please do ask your host to adjust any values that you see in red
4) I would request you to please clear the cache from Theme options, by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > Theme options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS and JS and click on “Reset fusion caches”, Screenshot here. Please clear all server and browser cache post this and re-check the front end of your site in an incognito window
5) Finally, please do ensure that you have all theme and bundled plugins updated to the latest version
