Hi I have a question. My new client’s website is using your theme. They told me that the thumbnails of the product photos used to be displayed UNDER the main product photo, but now they are displaying on the LEFT side of the main product photo anyhow.

Unfortunately, product thumbnails under the featured image option don’t exist within the theme.
This is also the case on our demo:https://curly.qodeinteractive.com/product/round-brush/
So we are not sure how your client managed to achieve that, maybe he used some 3rd party plugin or custom code.

Hello, I know my support for my item has expired but my clients site is not displaying like is was a few days ago. Other than the slider on the home page, nothing else is displaying. The blocks are there because I can hover over and see the pointer change but everything below the slider has a white background.

HI, I’ve just installed the “Curly” theme, but the Import tab (http://salonxopgh.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=curly_mkdf_theme_menu_tabimport) doesn’t work. It says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”. This is the only tab where I’m getting this error. Is this a known bug? Any potential solutions?

Actually my site is completely broken

We have just tested latest version of Curly in our local installation and everything seem to be working just fine. This may very well be the problem with some 3rd party plugin interference on your side, so make sure they’re all turned off. Also, if you could please provide us with your website URL, we’d like to take a closer look.

Anyone else having issues with the 1.4 update? My background script text disappears, the pie chart feature is gone, portfolio image galleries are no longer visible, etc. This was all created in the visual builder, nothing custom coded here… I’ve given up and returned to version 1.3

We’re using Contact Form 7 for a newsletter form on the footer, and when we put the shortcode on an HTML widget it doesn’t render it, the shortcode appears as it is, this didn’t happen to us on other themes, is there an option we have to enable to render shortcodes on footer widgets?

To translate any label in the theme, you would have to use a 3rd party plugin, such as WPML or Loco Translate or Polylang.
This way, you’d be able to translate string of any kind, including the Widget Area names and titles, as well as WooCommerce labels. These plugins are quite straight-forward and easy to use even for the least experienced users. Have in mind that only WPML is tested with our themes, so others might not work perfectly with every element of the theme, but from the feedback of our users, in most cases, there are no problems.
Additionally, if you want to manually translate some strings and go more into details, you can use some translation software like Poedit.
Note that when translating labels from plugins, you will generate files like domain-RU.mo and domain-RU.po. And you need to rename these to follow this expample: core-plugin-ru_RU.mo and core-plugin-ru_RU.po.
