Hi. I have to administrate a site that have Jupiter 6.1.6. I can’t see what is the actual version, but I can see my version works with WPBakery and you say now works with Elementor. Can you help me? Is good 6.1.6 version? My client don’t know nothing about the theme.

Jupiter 6.1.6 version is old and it’s better to update to 6.4.1 version. As for Elementor, it’s compatible with Jupiter X, not Jupiter 6. If you want to use Elementor, you can install Jupiter X. I have Jupiter 4.7.4 and Wordpress version 4.9.13. But it looks like it doesnt work very well, Visual Composer is not working properly. I am planning to extend my support but I need to know whether is possible to update to latest version that works with latest wordpress without breaking everything.

The Jupiter 4 is not supported anymore. If you check the releases page https://themes.artbees.net/support/jupiter/release-notes/ and scroll to the bottom, you’ll see it starts from 5.0.7 version. So it’s better if you update the theme and plugins to the latest version. Thank you for understanding.

I like the theme so far but have a couple of issues since switching themes.

Second, my site speed tanked after the switch. I’m assuming this is from something I did (or didn’t) do correctly when setting up the theme. Is there a list of required plugins that I need to use with jupiter? I’d like to disable any that are non-critical.

I’ve purchased this theme, and having an issue with Featured images on Posts. On the admin panel, the image seems to be uploaded fine, but on the actual website, the image does not show on the page. Further, inspecting the HTML shows <img src="false" />
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Actually that menu was created as just links in Revolution Slider. So you’ll need install Revolution Slider plugin to achieve the same effect. This plugin is bundled into the theme, so you don’t have to buy it. Thank you.
