Hello, i do not understand how this template could be 4+ stars…
So first of all when i tried to install the theme following the steps on documentation i always got error message on plugins installation…but it’s ok i find another way to install the plugins. Now i Would like to change the slider BUT the slider himself is empty on revolution slider…and the pop up as shown on the demo when you click on the blue button doesn’t work…

So you guys are selling product who does not contain all the informations shown on your demo. Stop showing the live preview with fake informations. Show it like it should be shown when customers buy it.
Please keep calm and check your ticket to resolve issues at the support center. The template contains every feature and part in the demo, maybe simple things like connection issues may be tired of you.
If you find support that does not please you, you will already receive a refund.

Hello, I am considering buying and I would like to know how easy it is to use “Dedicated Product Popup” (additional info shown after click blue plus on product image) – using via plugin (which one) or is it the functionality of your theme? And is it possible to have two pictures side by side that have different descriptions in different places? Thank you

1 Theme not included product popup feature but you can use any WooCommerce popup plugin for boxes as YITH popup plugin
2 Yes you can create unlimited sections as you want, theme included page builder

I installed the theme and used the wizard as in the instructions: https://ninetheme.com/documentation/proland.html#wizard
After the wizard ended, the following problems appeared: 1) Initially, the icons in the blocks on the Main page were not displayed at all – I had to include options in the section: https://prnt.sc/qpwbbe and they appeared – why so? I reinstalled WordPress and the theme twice and the same thing happened – you have a problem somewhere!
2) I still do not understand how to enable the display of social icons. networks in the basement – they are not displayed now: https://prnt.sc/qpwbq9
3) In the block: “MEET THE TEAM” when you hover over the gambuger icon – the icons also do not appear: https://prnt.sc/qpwc89
4) In the “MEET THE TEAM” block, the elements are located in two columns: https://prnt.sc/qpwcmp, and not as in your demo version https://ninetheme.com/themes/proland/ in 4е: https://prnt.sc/qpwcu0

Thanks for your interest. The difference between the pre-made demos is is the header area, if you checked. For example one has the mailchimp, while the other one has a video background in the hero of the demos. Also, you can use all the shortcode elements of WPBakery Page Builder, which is included into the theme as well as our custom shortcodes that you see on the demos.

Proland used the vulnerable YellowPencil Plugin, right? My site got hacked, I luckily restored it, and it seems it was an exploit of the yellowpencil. However, a bit sad about the reaction as I contacted them about the malfunction before I came aware of the vulnerability, and they never reacted.

Hi guys great theme. Just bought it. My question is:
When i go to Visual Composer articles for this theme, the videos are only in 360p and its impossible for me to see whats going on in the videos. Do you guys have another step by step guide? Or is it possible to get the quality up to 1080? Would be a great tool for newbies like me

Hello Again, The Visual Composer was buggy (I could not save any changes). My hosting company tried to fix it, but told me that I should update WPBakery Visual Composer plugin to version 5.6. After deactivating and deleting the plugin I cannot find a compatible plugin with WP 5.1. Any ideas how to make it work?
