hi, I have a pre-sales question. I want to know if the deposit that the system asks can be fixed in price and not on percentage of the site. I need to let the user pay for the room at the hotel but i need to let him pay 200€ of deposit when he books through the website.

1 – The booked dates are crossed off or they appear as a different colour. You can customize the colour.
2 – Yes. Each room can have it’s own cal.
3 – Yes. Fully customizable.
4 – I think so, not tested. The Booking Plugin is provided by a 3rd part (We bundle for free) They recommend WPML.

Hello, I just bought this theme. But I could not find your demo room types on the demo. Also on homepage there are no rooms and suites area. And also I could not add new rooms, I wanted to edit your demo room types but I could not find. Basicly I need help about room types.

I use the last version. 2 days ago I had downloaded. The problem is when I install the theme, on the homepage there are no rooms! I have done it again but still no rooms. I read that article. But when I deactivate to Motobooking, I could not see this accomodation menu in my dahsboard. Idont know why but I am really unhappy with this theme. Could you pleae help me more? Just let me know how to add the rooms on homepage. That will be enough

Hi. My client’s site is running WP5.3.2, theme version 1.9.3, and meta box version 5.2.4. After installing the most recent theme before the start of the new year all was working fine, and according to my notes there have been no further updates to the meta box version either. I believe WP may have had a minor update since. Today when I went in to make some changes to the pages I am unable to access the text tab in the meta boxes. Only the visual which will is not ideal since I had some custom styling to add to the text. Also the add link button is not working properly. Have there been any other reported problems with this WP/Theme/Plugin configuration? A fix perhaps? Thanks very much.

Hi again. It is happening on posts and pages too. And I think I found the issue. We are using Classic Editor plugin (Version 1.5 By WordPress Contributor). When plugin deactivated, all is working properly. I changed to a different plugin that disables the Gutenberg block editor with same problem. Both of these plugins work fine on all other sites I use them on with different themes. Seems to be a conflict with the Bellevue theme V1.9.3 and plugins that return WP to the classic editor, and probably just since WP update to 5.3.2. We need to have access to the WP classic editor if possible for users that are not familiar with the new WP block editor. Hope this information helps. Thanks.

Playing with your demo right now.
Workflow a bit annoying for reservation.
For example.
A user searches for a room for 2 adults.
On the search results page let’s say he chooses an accomodation. He confirms the reservation he is redirected to the booking confirmation page.
here he must select again the number of guests.
Not only. If the room can accomodate more guests it’s mandatory to select 0 in the relative dropdown.
Honestly a bit messy. .
For what reason the number of guests is not passed automatically to the booking confirmation page?
These would be a great improvement for the user experience.
Or maybe there ’s some option in the backend?

In meantime, the client asked for domain change, so on that domain we will no longer using this theme but we will migrate to erak.rs.
Im trying to set up the theme again but the Envato Market plugin and the Hotel Booking is giving me an error.
The Booking platform is a must.
Can we solve this problem?

I use “Bellevue – Child ThemeVersion: 3.0” downloaded last year 08.27 When I upload I cant install the Envato Market plugin and the Hotel Booking, the gdrive link for the booking is missing. The Elementor is not working properly, as i said, when I try to edit Pages, in the list of the Pages there is the Elementor link beside the name, when I click it, it opens in a new tab and all the css is missing so all the Elementor elements are in blank white background, just text. Same thing is on my http://apartmentselena.rs/ where I didnt changed anything since I installed. The font is changed to, I use sans serif, default font, but it changed to serif font.
So, when I sat up the erak.rs(new domain), installed WP and uploaded your theme what I downloaded in last year.
As I said, we dont want to use http://apartmentselena.rs/ anymore, the new domain will be the erak.rs

The child theme version isn’t want I need to know. I need to know the Parent Theme version. It should be 3.2.4, please check.
Also, please consider updating your support pack, I see that your support has expired.
I’m not sure where I can see the parent theme version, but in the Appearance said, it’s the V3, 3.0, would be good to get an update if it is old. And not, I didn’t migrated the site, I set up from 0. Yes we will consider to update the support if we can’t solve with an update, but maybe it will be better to buy the template again. / btw Elementor told us, they got some messages in these days about a very similar error.
