You can customize the content of each page using visual editor (WPBakery Page Builder). There are also some WooCommerce components available which you can use. Of course there is also single image component available for which you can set custom link.

1. There are more shop layouts available like single product, cart, checkout, my account etc. If you would like to change the number of columns or disable the sidebar, then it is also possible and you can get help about that after purchase.
2. Yes, that is possible. Shop page is available under ‘Pages’ in admin area and you can use WPBakery editor to add custom sections on the top above products list.

You should use WPBakery in version included with theme (6.0.4). We will update it to the newest version soon. There wasn’t any major updates for WPBakery in compare to included version, so you can use included version without worries. Of course in the future we will provide theme updates with new plugin versions.
I am having an issue with WP Bakery from your theme all the plugins and word press were updated and i no longer have the backend of bakery working and all my pages are all messed up. i have removed wp bakery and reinstalled it and it still does not work on the backend. There is not button for the backend it just shows HTML

The problem is i don’t know the registration number the person in the company who handled this and set it up does not work here anymore..
Probably you’re using old version of theme and included WPBakery Page Builder plugin. You will need to make an update. If you don’t have access to the account from which theme has been purchase, you will need to purchase new license to be able to download the newest version of theme and get access to our support system.
Is there a way to upgrade 6.4 to version 11?
I was able to update 6.4 to 11, however the slider tab is gone from theme options.

Hello, we are working on the layout on this theme, and in the homepage, in the Items List, (Wp Bakery installed) we have things like this:

How can a client (who don’t know anything about code)change content in a messy code like this? Or im missing some plugin required to this look more friendly?

Retuned to the theme, it is good, but the small issues are… And it seems to force me to look at theme css a lot of times… Think how to solve issues with Rev Slider… For example – RevSlider old 5 version – why? And it is very hard to change H2 titles as I want. To create a simple items-list with links in WPBakery > arrows float behind the text, why? because css2357 commands: items-list a float left… Step by step – write own css which rewrites theme’s. Without those skills – will be very hard…
Svg drawing in parallax – the separate story. It is in demo with mistakes, but clean install and HOME page – the svg in parallax – does not work at all. But the place has – layout is broken… disable displaying of SVG – icon moves down – it is necessary to top it… Sure this corrections in every step – eat the time…

Hi guys, I have just taken on a client that has this theme installed on their site however the previous developer has not registered the elvanto toolbox or run updates in 18 months. I was wondering how i can best get their theme up to date? Ofcourse i tried the support forum but because they bought the theme prior to 2015, I do not have any purchase codes to register with.
