Hi, I’ve ope a ticket this Friday, but still no answer… Can you helm me please? With OLD 2.6 version, in my main site, after the H2 there a space, and all my site is made considering this space. Here (https://www.bredasys.com/emotional-light-luci-a-led-breda.html) you can see that after the H2 “PER UN PORTONE INDISCUTIBILMENTE UNICO” there are space and then the image.

Now I’ve cloned my site and try to update to version 3.1, but this space are gone: https://test.bredasys.com/emotional-light-luci-a-led-breda.html

How can I restore the previous situation, without messing up the H2 when it to goes to a new line (always in mobile!). Thanks in advance

I upgraded PHP to ver 7.3 on my server and the theme crashes or says page not found when i try to select Appearence – Menus. What could be the reason?

Anytime I try to active WooCommerce, or even update my PHP to 7.2 from 7.0 the site breaks.

The only error I have in my log is:

After updating the thema I can’t find page Qode to customize it! :(

May we ask you to recheck if you performed latest update on right way: – first update our theme, here are instructions https://themeforest.net/item/subway-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/5898023/faqs/18279 - then install/activate our new Subway Core plugin – and after you could update other of our plugins And also go to Qode Options and just hit “Save” button to generate new static scripts for dynamic Qode options. Everything should be working well after. Please, let us know how it goes.

On my Shop page I keep getting the “page title area” even after ticking the “Don’t show page title area” this only happened after last update. Any work around, or magic CSS I can insert?

This is absolute bad template. I’m doing web on this, but it has a lot of mistakes and bad code: - overwrited VC code, standard function not works, must be disabled in template code - horrible compatibility with WooCommerce, you cannot use a lot of WooCommerce plugins, most of them not works, because template overwrites WooCommerce functionality (impossible change checkout form with plugin). When you use in other language as English, it’s not useable and you must check template code and disable and change it - css is very bad - when you are not a developer, don’t buy this !!!

First create full site backup just in case, and then upload subway folder files over existing ones on your server: wp-content / themes / subway. After that uninstall existing required plugins and install new versions from the message box which will appear at the top, and finally save changes from Qode options in order to make sure that your color settings are applied. It sometimes fails to update because it doesn’t have function which will state that it is part of end product, but you can simply delete it, and to install it again and latest version will be installed which is 6.4.4. If that is the version you already have installed it is most up to date version included with the theme.
