Hello Flatsome creators. In a future update can you please remove the “Instagram Feed” within the UX Builder. The plugin that you are referencing has been discontinued since Sept 23, 2019.

This causing confusion as to why people are getting invalid response from Instagram. Instagram is purposefully blocking this plugin.

Either find a replacement please or just remove this from UX Builder all together. It’s confusing why it’s not working for those who have not done their research why it’s discontinued. Further, keeping it could potentially cause a security risk as no one is maintaining this plugin anymore. One more point if for whatever reason Instagram decides to change how they pass informationt to this outdated tool it could potentially break lots of websites who do depend upon this.

flatsome instagram feed has returned invalid data

Hello, unfortunately there is currently a rather serious problem at flatsome, which apparently is not being addressed by support. With the animations Fade In Right & Fade In Left there is always the error that you can zoom out of the page until all animations have run out, with a long page this is very annoying.

We work together with 7 agencies that all use Flatsome and none of the agencies has received any help. It doesn’t matter if the support somehow answers when the support system doesn’t work properly, ends up in spam and so on. It seems a bit like support is not given very gladly, that’s very sad. If there is a workaround for this, please comment here because the support system doesn’t help, it just doesn’t work well. Several people need a reasonable answer to this problem or an update… and half of the people here complain that they don’t get an answer. I think to give short help here in the comments so that EVERYONE can see it is not too much to ask for a product with customer orientation.

Hi, I use the WooCommerce > catalog -> lay out> list style -> Wide. This looks very nice for my products. You only see 1 product each row. But for my category’s not. I want the category just normal. Also the normal product view on the home page looks very little right now. Is this possible to fix?

Hi, just updated but realized that in the product page, when scrolling to the images the main image is blurry, it loads the 150×150 image to a 600px size. In the lightbox the image looks fine, why can be causing this? thanks a lot

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
