Hello. Have been using your theme for few years now, but just installed and started to use Woocommerce on it. I am working my way through some issues, but the main one is I can’t figure out how to get the “Proceed to Checkout” button on the cart page. I am a registered user for several years, very satisfied with the use of Hazel theme. Recently I have detected that I cannot load multiple images from the gallery in the portfolio. Now I can only do it by repeating the load of a single image. Has anyone had this problem and was able to solve it? Thanks in advance.

We have tested this on our end and I can not replicate the issue. So please check if you have some 3rd party plugins installed that might be in conflict with the theme, and try to deactivate them to test if this is the case. Also, check if your theme is updated to the latest version. To update the theme you can follow the procedure from here

After 4.3 / Wordpress 5.3 update, the archive/category layout options on the back end don’t change the archive/category pages. They are all using the “Blog Large Image” layout no matter what layout is selected.
I’ve overridden by changing the “else” template to the one I want on lines and 32-33 in /templates/blog/blog-structure.php

Hi!! We have loved using this theme, but recently I noticed that the YouTube videos linked in our Portfolio are no longer showing up. The YouTube ID’s are correct because they were working once upon a time, and randomly, they just stopped appearing altogether. It’s like they are still there, but you just can’t see them. It’s just a big blank empty space. Any thoughts as to why this is happening and how to get them working again?

Please try updating your theme and theme plugins.
You can do this by following these steps:
Download latest theme zip file from ThemeForest
Extract it and locate hazel.zip
Extract hazel.zip and locate hazel folder
Copy/Replace the content of hazel folder to /wp-content/themes/hazel folder of your web site.
You need to delete the core plugin before updating the theme. If it still breaks, you need to delete the core plugin manually from your server. If the site remains broken, you then start deleting all theme plugins one by one until your site comes back up, then install the new versions of the deleted plugins.

The Facebook option for the share feature on blog page and blog posts has not worked for some time. Is this are issue with FB changing something the theme is not compatible with it? When you hover over the FB option the link address preview in the bottom left of Chrome says “javascript:void(0)” where the others options do not. Thank you

My website is not working correctly since I upgraded the Hazel theme. My logo has disappeared, the map on the contact page is gone, my social media links have disappeared. I have removed and re-installed WPBakery as suggested in your public support articles and comment replies and I’ve cleared all caches but the problem persists. I have had nothing but trouble with this theme. It seems everything I want to do takes at least half a day of reading support articles and troubleshooting. I’m no web designer but it seems from the other comments on the theme page that even WP experts are finding your theme cumbersome and glitchy. It shouldn’t take 2 weeks and a paid support upgrade to fix issues every time an upgrade is performed. I also notice that your replies to negative comments are condescending and almost always end in a suggestion to contact paid support. This kind of metered support is a rort! Obviously your income relies on forcing customers to buy additional support for your inferior product. I won’t be paying for another support extension so unless you can tell me how to easily fix the issue I would like to know how to request a refund for the theme and the support upgrades I have had to purchase in the past just to keep the theme functioning.

Hello, No matter I do, the “Portfolio List” is distorted in home page and I can’t show the desired number of columns (3) in chrome…. seems works better with explorer and edge, but everyone I know use chrome…. http://kuzinas.com/ try to open with chrome and scroll down to portfolio…. It seems like you’re using Image gallery, which is default WPBakery shortcode and would work exactly the same in the default Twenty Nineteen theme. So the problem is not in our theme. From the inspection of Image gallery shortcode, we could see that it’s adjusted to show 5 columns https://www.screencast.com/t/XZp1tsUDl so perhaps you may want to take a look at shortcode options for column number.

Hi, I´m updating from 3.6 to latest version but after replacing parent theme this message displays: “The site is experiencing technical difficulties”. Before replacing parent theme I´ve replaced js_composer that I found inside parent theme, but no luck yet. Can you help me?

Hello, I bought the Hazel theme that comes with LayerSlier and WP Bakery. The Hazel theme is up to date, but it says I cannot update these other two features without an item purchase code. The code is blank for the LayerSlider. How do these two items get updated? – It is affecting the functionality of my site.
