Hi there.
I had previously used the theme for our website, and we closed the business, we contacted you and successfully removed the license from that domain. Now I want to use the theme for the new business it is the best theme and we love it.
I installed the theme and the System Status is all green but when I try to install the Demo content, it gives me this error: “Cannot load pt-one-click-demo-import.” Obviously, my support has run out, but I wanted to know if you could let me know why that error would pop up on a new installation?

Hello, my question is related to the image gallery, which is given on home page number 3, 4 and 11.
So can I use that image gallery in 3 ways?
1. Can I upload photos of my own products?
2. Can I upload videos instead of images?
3. Can I use a mix of videos and images in a single image gallery?

I have just installed the theme and it is not allowing me to automatically import the demo content? It is telling me to install manually but the files it is saying I must install was not in the downloaded theme pack. Please help!

Hi there, I am looking to purchase this theme but the fact that the theme is not compatible with WP 5.6, nor with Elementor 3.1 is putting me off, however this is a fantastic theme if it is working properly. Can you advise when you have a more updated and stable theme? cheers

2 Months have gone by and the theme is still not updated to work with the latest wp and elementor, therefore I have 100 pages I can’t touch and need to run an older version of wp. It is unacceptable for a premium theme to become unsupported and obsolete in 1 year.

I’m working locally for a client that hand me over this theme after buying here. When I run the demo import and then setup Home 1 it looks like it’s not recognizing that the content should be set with Elementor. This is causing the Home 1 template to look totally off from what the client is expecting. Can you help me fixing this?

Hi Since this theme is using elementor as page builder… 1) Does it have option enabled for adding custom borders for elements (only left, top, right or bottom for text columns or images) 2) Does it have options to hide or show row/columns on mobile or desktop
3) Also, the Custom Css panel/area enabled for each column/elements…
