I’m using also Ajax Product Filter Free. I think maybe filter is working with them. But it is not working. And ajax filter is working with default opencart theme.

i have bought a lot of extensions for hiding the prices, as we are manufacters, but noone finally works. Please let me know if i can somewhat hide the prices on Journal! I want someone to view them only after log in.

Custom code is not part of our support but in very limited cases we may be able to help.
Support can only be purchased AFTER you buy the license. So only then you will be able to renew support on the license you bought.

I am trying to find where i can reduce the gap between the product boxes on mobile view. I don’t want the product boxes to have too much gap between them (in the middle).

Hi, just structural, 1 has the search in a dropdown, white the others have it visible with the logo in the center.

I’m struggling with the J3 (2.3 0.2) slider. For some reason the mobile site is using images stored in the cache folder which are double/triple the resolution of the frame dimentions I’m using. So a 190kb slide is been displayed with a 800kb cached image.
Awsome theme by the way! I dont have a support package, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve tried clearing all the caches, vqmod caches etc but figured it must be an error on the theme or an incorrect setting.

Hello, Using 3.0.44 on OC 3.0.2.0, journal quick checkout. After a product is added to the cart, the customer initiates a checkout and fills in at least 1 field of his personal info/address – the order goes to Missing orders in admin. No matter he does not even click on Complete order.
Is this an expected behaviour for example to help a Cart Abandonment functionality?

Hi, this is how one page checkouts work, a new order is created whenever customer accesses the checkout page even without pressing the confirm button.

Hi, you can add custom options of type “Text” and collect various info on each product order. This is not theme related, it’s part of the Opencart default workflow.

Hello, I upgraded from OC2 to OC3. I have a strange problem with the blog module. The blog page works and shows all posts but with SEO urls enabled the blog posts don’t open and redirects tot error/not_found. If SEO is disabled it opens the with the ID. All product SEO works fine.
How can this be fixed?
Hi, if you use Journal 3 and you have previously used Journal 2 then delete system/da_journal2.ocmod.xml and then refresh Opencart modifications and your issue will be solved after. If that’s not the case, please file a ticket on our support page so we can take a closer look at this.

Hello, is there any way in journal 3 & opencart 3 to display the price group on mobile devices fixed – inline with the fixed add to cart button at the bottom? Currently, in Journal we can set buttons fixed and they appear at the bottom of mobile devices with the quantity buttons. How can we include the price too?

thanks DA, how about aligning or forcing a 2 line product name to display clean.
You have container styles on the price, therefore can add padding on one side to shorten the inner container width, thereby moving the price on multiple lines.
I think you haven’t gotten what i intend. Some of the my product names are short and others long, so on the grid, the longer name jump to the second line within the container, and the shorter remain on 1 line. Immediately beneath i have the price tag. Now as you can see on the image, both product prices are not in line. How do i move the price tags to look as if they are in 1 line.

Can you tell me how to make a Facebook page slide out from the right or left? e.g. in journal2?
That is not possible unfortunately, these are only buttons, they don’t have slide out containers. But you can open a popup from the button with any other content in it.
I just added some code (css, js, html) to Blocks and to home layout. Everything looks good. I can specify where the content should be displayed on the desktop or also mobile and tablet – just as I wanted. Side blocks are unnecessary if you can write some code

BTW. Have you thought about adding translations of the journal-module? That would be powerfull.
Sure, you can do anything you want with custom code, I was pointing out what you can and cannot do with admin only options.
At the moment the Journal custom UI interface in the admin is not translatable and can’t say that it will, at this time.
