Our theme uses WPBakery or Elementor, depending on the demo, so any content created with a page builder that is not utilized by our theme won’t be usable.

Yes, you can combine demos, but only demos created with the same page builder. So you can combine WPBakery demos with other WPBakery demos, and Elementor demos with other Elementor demos, but not WPBakery demos with Elementor demos.
You could install WordPress on your local machine (localhost) and then install the demo that contains the page that you desire. This way you’ll be able to see which options we used and how you can reproduce that on your live page.

hi – i have a seemingly simple question but can’t see to get a straight answer for it anywhere.
Which cache plugin works with Bridge page transitions?
I’ve been using WP Rocket and it definitely doesn’t work. I’m reluctant to “just try”loads more cache plugins but surely this should have a simple answer because you have demos working with transitions and a cache installed?
I have 3 licences but cannot open any tickets on Ticksy so if you could give me the name of cache here would be good.

I was trying to download demos from within your options panel and a few themes on elementor were getting stuck at 2% (for over an hour) specifically the “Bridge Original – Elementor” and some at 90%. A few were good enough to install and i tried several times and also was patience enough to wait. I also did te systems check and nothing was a red flag. It would be good for your team to have a proper check.

Hi qode, I bought this license many years ago and had a page running, btw love the theme. I have now deleted this page and want to transfer the license to another page/domain. I have deleted the old site from the webhost (godaddy) 4-5 days ago, but I still get the error message: “Code is already registered for other domain”, when I try pasting the license code on the registration page. You can only use our theme on one installation. If you want to use it on a local installation or another domain, you have to deregister it first if you have it already registered. In the file “qode_in_device_slider_item.php” (templates directory) on line 16 you reference another file called “_in-device-slider”, which doesn’t exist. I think, this is the problem. So I went back to the previous code version and now it works.

Is there any chance this theme has a pre-built option for my problem?
I create a row in visual composer with 2 columns in that specific row. Column 1 is a picture, column 2 is a text
I create another row in visual composer with 2 columns but column 1 is now text and column 2 is a picture.
If I then go onto a mobile device you will see Picture – text – text – picture (in that order). Can I change that It will be every second Picture – text – picture – text but only mobile devices?
