Hello. I’m having troubles installing your theme, hope you can help me.

After install and activate all plugins, I got the error “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.” so I deactivated all of them and activated again one by one. Strange thing, the error is solved.

However, after import a demo, when I access homepage it’s blank and I found that happen when I have the Webify Addons plugins activated. Can you help me please?

I’ve got problem importing demo content (Architect). When I try to import demo data by clicking on a button “Import” server returns “Error: Internal Server Error (500)”. There is possibility to import data manually. But where can I find demo files, which can I upload to manual import interface?

DOES NOT WORK + SUPPORT DOES NOT EXIST. Does not install. When uploading theme in Wordpress it thinks for a while then says error page cannot be found. Other themes install fine. When I click on theme support that I paid for, it says support page cannot be found, error.

I’m getting a phantom Webify logo appear in my header when I begin to scroll through my homepage. Can you help me fix this bug?

The mobile version has extra padding on the side causing the site to scroll left/right and not fitting properly on a given screen. The theme also does not work at all on Safari browser or any IOS products. Tested on iPhone 10, 9, 8, 7, MacBook, iPad. Theme is either mostly broken or doesn’t work at all. Please help!
