It seems that after the Wordpress update the Elementor plugin is not functioning with the Embark theme… Or the problem is between Elementor and Embark theme? I mean you can edit the page but the Elementor front page editor is not working. Do you know the the problem? Will we be notified about the latest theme update?

Hi – I asked this before I think -

I will have a tour that holds max 20 people. When users go to book the can select A Family Package (2 adults + 2 kids) or Individual Adults with qty dropdown.

Now the issue is

If a person books 1 family tour – the spaces are available still shows 19 in the admin calendar when really there where 4 people (2 kids + 2 Adults).

Same if a person purchases 2 Adult tickets (selects 3 in the adult drop down) – again the spaces show 19 instead of 17 available.

And again if a person selects 2 adults + 1 child – this only seems to count as one person and remaining spaces will still be 19…

Seems each booking is counted as just ONE tour irrelevant of how many people are in the booking. I could have 10 families and 20 people in one booking and this one only registers as ONE person (one slot taken).

I now this is a third party plugin – can this be sorted

At buy now, is there a way that user prompt to signup, can capture information such as gender, DOB, designation, company, income range etc and save it on the user profile, where admin can see. Is this can be archived with a feature inbuilt in your theme else is there a plugin compatible with this?

We’re using your lovely Embark theme. We’ve been developing a new website using a test subdomain, and now have ported it to our main domain, triptokz.com.

In our DNS settings, we have a CNAME that directs the www subdomain to the main triptokz.com domain.

But when we go to the two different urls, we see two different appearances for the home page. One has sans-serif fonts and the other has serif fonts. It seems that somehow the www.triptokz.com request is missing some part of the CSS?

I wonder if you can suggest any fix to this?

I would like to know how to do when a customer buys a tour another one is canceled so that it cannot be booked.

For example:

- (1) Departure by boat with a duration of 24 hours. - (2) Departure by boat with a duration of 7 hours.

The day has 24 hours, so that day we can buy 2 times the same product (2), but you have to cancel the purchase of (1).

In the same way, if at any time the (1) is purchased, the purchase of the (2) reservation must be canceled.

Hi, there is a flaw in one of the Elementor elements, the Tour grid. When I try and edit it, it doesn´t allow me to edit texts nor links, I only get the Tour grid Layout, I don´t get to “edit” the pictures, to set the text (I am not talking about meta text for the picture) and the link button that appears when you go over with the mouse. The theme is updated to the lates version so is everything else.

Might it be that the newest version of Elementor does not play well with the theme?

I cannot edit the content of my website with Elementor. When I try I get a blank screen with a menu list on the left side that I can’t use. I have done several tests and it turns out that my Embark theme is suddenly incompatible with Elementor. What I can do?

Hi there so one of my formiddable forms is not styling in line with the theme. It has drop down boxes which get blown up out of proportion when choosing inline style. Is there a custom css that can be added or is there default styling I can add to styler section? Please help!
