After the update theme to 6.1 back-end editor is disabled. Is there any kind of way to enable back-end editor because I am not familiar with LIVE FUSION BUILDER.

If you have updated from a version prior to Avada 6.0 and are now running the latest version, you simply do not need to use the front end editor if you do not want to. The back-end is and remains active

I updated theme from Avada 5.2 and updated WordPress from 5.2.5 to 5.3.2.
Not able to see fusion editor Just show the button which says Fusion Builder Live which i don’t want to use.
Please help me to opt out from this situation.

That maybe due to some of your other 3rd party plugin that is not letting the back end editor load properly, can you please try disabling each of your 3rd party plugin and check again once, if however the issue persists please open a support ticket with our team from the link above.

I tried to import the demo but it doesn’t appear to have pulled everything in. I navigated to the “about” page and it is empty and all of the menus are not there. Is it supposed to be an exact copy of the demo?

Yes. This should import the entire demo if the “all” option is selected in the demo import. I would request you to please backup the site, uninstall the demo and try reinstalling it once again

i have asked this question before and i abit stupid so i ask again.
when import full demo will over write all my pages that have the same name for example Home, About, contact or will it create About-2, Home-2? if not should i rename my pages to another name? will the pages with my uniq pages names still be there?
and the Blog post what will happen to them will the get erased? or will they still be in the post list? same for widget will the get erased or not?
sorry i need to find a solution so i dont need to make all the pages and post again.

Yes, I would override those page. It will also override menu, widgets, theme options and so if you have a site that already is built then I would suggest that you please avoid doing a full demo import. If you still need to import the demo, then please backup the site and ensure you pages do have a unique name (backup is a must)

I have tried to create an account with theme fusion for my avada theme and registered using 2 different emails and I’m still not getting any email link for verification to log in to request support

I’m trying to find the Option to change the color of the .fusion-image-wrapper but I can’t find it anywhere. If I hover over an image of a post which is displayed in a portfolio it changes the color and the title of the post appears. But it seems to be impossible to change the color anywhere. Thanks

I can’t translate the “Comments” string from language file with .po extension which is because its value is not received from localization. Is there anyway to translate it? Any help is appreciated. I activated the comment tag section from Theme Options -> Blog -> Blog Meta -> Message Meta

However, we always have a dropdown for selecting the product and not a listed set of option (this is how default Woocommerce is). You can set different prices and images for each permutation

Any idea when we will be able to drag and drop elements into Tabs and Toggles? It’s a fairly important function that many other page builders have had for quite a while. It gets very messy using shortcodes inside tabs and toggles. Thanks.

recently whenever I activate the convert plus plugin it breaks my site. The header and fusion slider at the top get pushed down to the bottom of the page. If I disable convert plus everything goes back to normal?

The Avada Tabs widget does not show thumbnails for posts which have video thumbnails set using video embed code from youtube. kindly fix this in your next update.

That is correct behaviour, you need to set a featured image for that post in this case and you can disable it for the main post from our Fusion Options, this way the post will show embed video on single post and the featured image will be visible on the tabs widget.

would have been much better if the whole process could have been automated. One just had to add the youtube embed code for the video thumbnail and the image thumbnail would have been automatically added. hope to see this feature added soon.
