Hi, I am contacting you for a problem that I have absent-mindedly created. Yesterday I purchased a license for your Bellevue theme. Being a beginner I installed the theme locally to start looking around, we decided to seriously work on the project by performing a new installation of Wordpress. I mistakenly deleted without uninstalling the theme of the local test of the site and therefore at the moment I can no longer included in the theme of the new installation because associated with the old installation which however is no longer accessible. So I’m asking you if you can free me from the license so I can access the final site. It is clear that the theme installed yesterday is not in use and therefore I ask for help to manage my license. Hi Hagion, is this a new install? Can you give me some details? We haven’t released any updates in the past few weeks so if this is a new issue, it could be from a 3rd party plugin.

Yes, you can manually take payments. There is a setting and process for that
If you wish to have your customer enter their credit card data and process that later, you can talk to your merchant provider about Pre Authorization. PayPal and Stripe have an option to authorize a transaction and charge it later. They can hold the authorization for 30 and 7 days respectively.
In addition to all of that, WooCommerce has an addon called Offline Credit Card Processing for WooCommerce (by WPLab) to collect the credit card info. That should work fine with the booking system bundled.

I am having an issue with the Calendar. All the dates are crossed out. I followed the videos and generated the accomodations but when I enter the ID number into the place in Elementor nothing shows up. So far out of four suites I have on my site I can only get the calendar to show up with an accomodation that has ID number of 80. The other id numbers aren’t working at all. I tried everything.

We are testing the booking system and when we book a room, the booking number of Motopress is different from the order number of WooCommerce.
For example, in the last booking, the WooCommerce number is 27184, while MotoPress number is 27180 
We need to solve this issue, it is pretty annoying for my client and the customer.

Great theme, but I have a question. On the demo photos, for example this one https://bellevue-3c99.kxcdn.com/bellevue/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/bed-and-breakfast-countryside.jpg there is a little row under the calendar showing the visitors what a certain color means (available/booked/pending) on the calendar. This is very helpful for the visitors, but I cannot find the option to activate this? Thank you for your help.

Right, this is an out of date screenshot although you can still make this with the Elementor columns and set a background colour. That plugin is actually the WPBS but we now bundle a more comprehensive plugin.

Hello, on my booking confirmation page, I don’t see the cost breakdown as shown in the demo template, then when I click on confirm booking button, nothing is happening afterward. HI, after many manipulations, I finaly uncheck the stripe paiement option, as I am working on local for the moment (so without any SSL certif), and now I can see the confirmation booking page. Seem that it block all the page check out.

Hi, I bought the Hotel-Bellevue theme V1, years ago, now I would like to use the opportunity to update to V3. I updated to the “Latest” V1, and I try to use the article Migrate from V1->V2. Cuz’ the manual it says that it is not possible to go from V1 to V3. And I’m going to try to get V2, but it’s nowhere to be found? Is there anyone who can help with that?

Thank you. I don’t know if blocking shows it booked in the backend. I think blocking will prevent it from being booked on the frontend. It should also prevent it from being booked on that date in the backend as well.

There are a few caveats, the big one being the page content that was originally created with the meta box builder, it must be recreated with the new drag and drop builder.
