1. On the listing page, I need to change the small icons, category names and need to disable a few options. Plus, I also want to add a little text box that appears on all the listing pages.

—> What we don’t have: a general text that shows in all pages – that would need to be set in code.

2. On the home page or general settings, I need to convert the currency to INR, change the default location and city lists to India, and add/remove a few sections on the landing page.

-> Default Currency is set in wp-admin -> Default location is set to what location you wish for each listing when adding the property, and default lat and log is set to whatever location in theme options —> Homepage is built with shortcodes. you can remove, add, edit —> Price format is standard though 1 000 000 or 1,000,000 or 1.000.000 (you choose the thousand separator, but it’s standard format)

3. Add 4 pages for Coming Soon, FAQs, Terms and Trust to the website.

—> You can add what pages you wish. It’s wordpress based, so you have wp-admin -> pages and wp-admin -> menus at disposal to create new pages and add them to main menu or footer menu

4. can i also update the content/images.

—> You can edit content

5.payment gateways: Paypal, stripe, Paytm, Razorpay.

—> You can use woo commerce and enable compatible merchants for Booking deposit payment or Paid Submission (pay per listing) options.

Try to refresh the page and go to Theme Options again (you can try the left menu or admin bar) For the 2nd – I don’t understand because it’s no detail to theme code. Perhaps it’s related to your SSL installation (connection is not secure is usually related to SSL certificate which may not be valid of expired) it.

1. The theme is built to allow owners to register and add their listings. They manage their property bookings from their dashboard. They get the messages to their dashboard inbox. And there is no limit to how many owners can register. This is showcased in all our demos.

2. But please keep in mind we do not handle payments from user to owner. Money go to admin account.

We have a supported 3rd party extension built with by RentalsClub team who created Adaptive Payments for Paypal purchases.

The Rentals Club addon for adaptive payments through PayPal was restricted from PayPal end to new clients though from PayPal end. So only old clients can use that service from PayPal, through Rentals Club add-on that Rentals support for free – https://www.rentalsclub.org/how-payments-management-extension-works/

This is everything we can offer as automatic payment to owner.

Can each owner manage their own calendar in their own dashboard? Do you have this function? Also, can we customise the owner dashboard? For example their profile?

1. A calendar for each property where owner can add manual bookings, import ical feeds, export his property ical to other platforms, see booked dates confirmed through WpRentals 2. A calendar with all properties – ex; https://prnt.sc/r3fu12 where owner can see all properties, all bookings and add manual bookings for specific dates

In what way do you want to customize? If you need to add more fields you need to change through code.

Hi Matt, The plugin is linked to main theme. If the main theme is changed, the plugin de-activates automatically. Some plugins for maintanence work as a cover theme for the actual theme, and that may create the same effect. But if the main theme is always active, and the core plugin is active, they always stay the same.

You can activate the theme (not wordpress default) + core – and only the included plugins (no extra maintanence plugin) to confirm, but I assure you it’s the only possible explanation for this situation.

Hi, There a default price and a custom price (but without weekend)

Let me show 2 examples to understand how weekend price should show in those lines:

This is a demo property default price + default weekend price https://prnt.sc/r1plan reflected in calendar by default – https://prnt.sc/r1plqt

The same demo – with price adjustment for a specific period https://prnt.sc/r1pm5v

2nd option is to not have weekend price https://prnt.sc/r1pn69 and the default calendar looks like this https://prnt.sc/r1pnj6

If you add custom price but do not put the same price for weekend, it will show like this https://prnt.sc/r1pnzh but the booking will put the custom price automatically.

Add custom price for weekend https://prnt.sc/r1pp84 to show all prices from custom period.

1) What about manual payments? Like admin can do so to the account number specified by the owner (this happens outside the theme).

—> You can do manual payments if you wish. But we don’t have a way to manage manual payments as a report style list.

—> What we have: each profile there is a section (private) for information that only admin and the user would see.

—> And admin can see in admin -> invoices all invoices confirmed, issued, partial paid, fully paid (as it’s set) with details about service fee (admin service fee), total fee.

2) Is there any facility to capture/see owner account information?

-> First of all, it’s mandatory to register to add listings. So you capture email for sure. There are other profile information availale in User Profile (login with test demo user and password 1234 to test.

1a)I did go through the demo, only thing that I still have a lingering question over is, for the payouts bit. If we use rentals club, as you mentioned, it wouldnt work due to the PayPal restriction. How else would I perform payouts if I do not have account information of the host??? There is only one field “Payment Info/Hidden Field” is that field the field you’re referring to?

2) Another feature I saw was the Twilio support. Does that feature work with Rentals Club??? I want to be able to send transactional text messages.

—> This is not a plan in our immediate feature I am afraid. I cannot guarantee for this kind of feature to exist in the future.

Thanks for coming back to me. I took the plunge over the weekend and purchased the theme. Glad to know I can move to Elementor at some point.

Also, probably one for the support site, but was looking for a way to hide some fields depending on the category as not all are relevant. Is there a way to do this?

I’ve seen questions on this dating back 3 years ago, so it doesn’t look like you plan on implementing this feature. However, in the event of a guest leaving an unfavorable or malicious comment – with no feedback from the owner, one can easily get the impression that the guest is being truthful; and/or that the owner doesn’t care enough to respond to the comment. You guys have already put some awesome features to this theme. Adding one more shouldn’t be that difficult for you

Thank you for the feedback. We will consider your comment and look for an update to the existing UI. The new calendar is meant to offer fewer steps for the user and comes with an update in design (for a modern look).

We will look into this for one of the next theme versions, but I cannot give more details now.

We don’t have Wallet or a way for owners to see all their commissions.

The theme was built for money to admin from renter (who pays for the booking)

RentalsClub is an extension of the theme with a 3rd party platform . Allows admin to send payments to the owner, through PayPal adaptive payments, if payments are made via PayPal.

But Paypal doesn’t allow new clients https://developer.paypal.com/docs/archive/adaptive-payments/ Onlu old clients can use this system.

We don’t have anything else at the moment.

You can also manage and add custom fields for properties. If you need something else, I can guide and show you our demo before you make a decision.

I want the guest user to see the listing bikes with no prices to see prices they must login, and vendor can add their bikes. The bikes can be rented weekly, monthly, daily.

Hello, The theme is not build for hotel booking. It’s for single accommodations. We don’t have multiple room in one property support. The theme won’t work for this purpose and in this case i am not sure if the rest of the answers matter. If you still want the rest of the answers please let me know.
