Single Page Product Image Gallery Display problems. I use images in 1:1 format for the product gallery. Now I have a display issue of the main picture. I can always see on the left hand a vertical stripe of the prev picture?! That really looks unprofessional and I already spent hours in trying to solve that problem. I looked at WooCommerce settings but without success, I can only change format of images displayed at product categories, not the product detail page itself.

Hi, this theme has not been updated in more than 7 months
This was waaaay before Covid-19, so please do not use this as a cheap excuse … 
It is not safe to install this theme, it has old files which can be hacked.
It can’t even be properly updated to the latest wordpress version: it just totally crashes

HI, I am facing some issues withe the header menu and certain features of my website www.archistudent.net Dropdown menus are not working, main logo gets vanished while opening and things like that. Hi, I simply need to update the theme from version 1.4 to 1.7.
I’m using the child theme, but it has some custom code added in to your child theme 1.0.0
Can you point me in the direction to view the default code for the functions.php 1.0.0 from theme version 1.4 so I can make sure I copy across the custom code to version 1.7 please. Thanks.

Thank you for the reply, the screenshot you sent is of the functions.php in version 1.7 of your theme, do you have a screenshot of the functions.php from version 1.4, which is the version I have, but with additional code, so I want to make sure I pass these across.
Also, I just tried updating the theme from 1.4 to 1.7 but I got the WordPress error – “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” The admin email I received suggests that the error is with ‘Edge CPT’? Thanks.

Please understand that we sent you the path to the file, so you can take a look for functions.php of the child theme on your server and copy that additional code since we include blank child themes.

Regarding the update error, try to remove the Edge CPT plugin, and install it again (new version), since this error may occur if the CPT plugin is not updated.

We inspected your site and it seems like different padding values were set to header and sticky header. In standard header the padding is 75px, but in sticky is only 60px https://prnt.sc/quybvf.
To resolve this, apply the code below from Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.edgtf-sticky-header .edgtf-sticky-holder
.edgtf-vertical-align-containers {
padding: 0 75px;

Apologies for the second question. The site is to go live tomorrow. When you view an individual project (portfolio page) the left and right arrows are odd.. the left takes yo to the next and the right takes you to the previous item. for instance: http://www.numbervioletmedia.com/portfolio-item/schroders-hq-1-london-wall-place/

We tested this in our local installation, and the previous and next navigation on portfolio items are working fine on our behalf https://prnt.sc/qv565k https://prnt.sc/qv576v https://prnt.sc/qv57e8.
Again after inspecting your site we noticed that the Portfolio List Order is set to descending https://prnt.sc/qv58qv and maybe that’s what is causing this confusion in portfolio item previous and next links.
It’s best to check these things from the Edge Portfolio section since there all your portfolio items are listed chronologically.

Thanks again… we’ve set the portfolio items descending because they want the latest to be at the top… so when a new item is added it isn’t at the bottom of the page. Guess we’ve stuck with the navigation.
