Hi .. Nice theme! There is however one problem with it .. On Chrome everything on my website looks normal like on your demo .. but on Firefox the parallax images, such as the sections on frontpage that show the crew and latest trailers, including the top header images on pages such as about us and what we do, those parts are not full width. they are boxed like .. It’s only the image, as the rest of the content does stretch full width .. But like i said on Chrome they are full width. Only firefox messes it up.

The weird thing is, it only seems to happen on my website with firefox, as your demo looks normal on firefox .. But your theme also look normal on my website with Chrome .. It only bugs out with firefox on my website .. I don’t understand .. What should I do about it. I downloaded the theme package yesterday .. So I have the latest version of the theme.

PS. Is it possible to know the font or .psd for the logo, as it matches the menu perfectly and the font for the “main studio” slider, used to create the image “Spotlight” and “moving” with .. I would like to use the same kind of font for my frontpage slider. Because it’s absolutely PERFECT! Thank you
Oh and page content widths mess up due to outdated upgrades probably .. The blog on full width shows as 1100px and the parallax images show not full width anymore either, while the content over it does .. I think the theme needs a huge upgrade. Maybe it conflicts with the new wpbakery upgrades. I don’t know .. I do know this happened to another wpbakery addon at one time, it messed up the widths when not being updated properly .. Woocommerce also gave a notice the theme files are outdated.

Connect with instagram and connect with twitter does not work either. Gives an error on the website of insta and twitter itself .. I think this theme needs some serious updating ..

Hello. Is the 1.7 Cinerama Theme compatible with PHP 7.3? I’m currently running the website under PHP 7.0.33 but am stuck with PHP Post Max Size set to 130M instead of the required 256M. I was told to update PHP to 7.3 to be able to adjust the Post Max Size through the theme editor, php.ini etc. I suspect that’s the reason why the demos import doesn’t work properly… Looking forward to your reply, thanks!

unfortunately my web-developer took so long before starting with my website that the 6 months support has already expired now that I (finally) have my website.. I don’t know what else to do so I’m hoping somebody can help me in the right direction..
I’m encountering a problem with the Cinerama theme, specifically with the portfolio part/page. There are video previews of the projects which start when the user hovers over them. Unfortunately this only works after the user clicks somewhere within the page. With my limited knowledge I found a possible reason for this, and that might be the Google Chrome autoplay update (https://goo.gl/xX8pDD). Can somebody maybe tell me if this is the case and how to fix it? That would be great! Or otherwise tell me if/how I can extend the support?

I’ve read that adding the “muted” attribute to the <video> tag would solve the problem. Since i don’t need audio this would not be a problem. Could you maybe tell me how/where I could add this to the tag? I see a lot of websites with similar layouts where the autoplay isn’t an issue. Also the Reel theme from WPZoom has fixed this issue so it should be possible, right? Let me know your thoughts!

Hello! Problem to upload demo Data for Cinerama.
I tried from last night to upload the Demo Data from the theme Cinerama but no luck.. freezing… no pages.. nothing… and upset as I have done a lot of websites from Envato templates and this one is the most problematic template I have purchased. I am using WP 5.3.2 PHP is updated to PHP Version ea-php73 Changed the setup Cpanel see below: max_execution_time 300 max_input_time 120 max_input_vars 5000 memory_limit 512 post_max_size 256 session.gc_maxlifetime 1440 upload_max_fileesize 128 every plug ins of the theme have been uploaded all the plug ins updated also. Plug ins not used for the template are deactivated. I have deleted a few times the theme and removed all media but still the same problem when I upload again the theme in WP. When I import the demo Data from the import option of the theme and clicking option (((All) with all media on option YES))) ...it freeze at 40%. It was all night uploading and this morning when I checked the upload it was still at 40% of the upload bar…. I tried all day to make it work but still no luck. I did some manual Demo Data but also still no luck. I would like to use only a portion of the theme ( Home Movie) but can’t use it for the moment as no pages and data are uploading. A nightmare. Brought Yesterday and having yesterday and all day today to figure why it doesn’t work…?? and tired….. to read the documentation. I will be happy to find a solution and maybe you can tell me more…... I also looked at your page support about your theme but didn’t find my problem. Thank you Regards

Hello, i have some serious problems with the theme and need some help. I was working with version v1.0.1 and tried to update to the newest version, because I had problems with the video button (no full screen option).
Whenever I tried to update, the site crashed showing me this:
Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function cinerama_edge_create_wp_widget() in /var/www/web1012/html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/cinerama/framework/modules/widgets/lib/widget-loader.php:9
I was able to install the old version, but now I have even more problems. Video Button doesn’t work at all and WPBakery Page Builder only works on Portfolio Items.
As this is an update error, can you provide me with a ticket or do I have to renew support?

There are 5 portfolio items listed here. Please be noted that, the ID for VAMPIRE’S KISS is 25, LA PARTITA is 30, THE BRIDE is 20, FLASHDANCE is 15 and MY BODYGUARD is 1.
In fact, I definitely made them ordered by ID (https://prnt.sc/qumi5x). I don’t know why the No. 25 and No.30 do not go in the right order.
BTW, this is only an example page so that you can easily find the problem. Actually there are sever portfolio items have this weird failure when I display all the portfolio items.
Is there any rule for making ID order?

Error is:

Hello, I am working with this theme for a client (they bought it) and we have some problems with the timeline.
1) Is it possible to change the order so it starts with the last year 2020 and then 2019 2018 2017… How can I do this?
2) Is it possible to change the distance between dates so is always the same? Sometimes looks with super big spaces and sometimes with smaller space between dates and is not very useful.
3) Is it possible to add 2 events for the same month and year?

2. The distance between dates is calculated by the date “distance” and of course, you can set up minimal distance between the dates here https://prnt.sc/qsd9b0 but the spacing is really depending on the dates.
3. Yes, as long if the day is different.

I replaced a backup and started updates from the begining. I can tell you now that the bug with the “horizontal timeline” that totally desappear, occurs when we update the instagram and twiter feeds…which I don’t use in my website.
That’s very weird and I think you have something to say about that. That’s not normal that we have such bugs with a theme update.
I still haven’t gave your theme star mark in themeforest… I hope to get an anwser from you.
