Gallery type “full background” on portfolio pages are no longer working in side portfolio, as of recent update to theme. Regardless of checked item, portfolio gallery keeps showing as “inline with content”.

With all respect Ylli, I should not and will not pay for additional support. The theme was working just fine until the update and now it isn’t. I’d appreciate if you could make an exception here and help me work out where the problem is. I’ve done nothing wrong here and extetnded my support already previously.

I’ve narrowed the issue down, hope this is an easy fix for you. When previewing the portfolio in draft mode, everything is fine. Only when published does the side gallery break, also the hamburger menu link breaks too. The clicking of it does not deploy the overlay menu.

Please make sure that you have done those steps:
1— Make sure that you are using the latest version of Kalium, you can read the changelog here Kalium release notes.
2— Make sure that you have installed all the required theme plugins, for more info please read this article Kalium required plugins.
3— Make sure that you have installed Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin too and have deleted Advanced Custom Fields free plugins. Read this article Advanced Custom Fields 5.x .
4— If the problem is still happening then you should know that we don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

I worked it out on my own Ylli. Your side portfolio feature is specifically breaking when Vimeo videos linked in it. You should look into it.
Re my WP, everything is up to date, with all recommended plugins installed.
Next time you should reconsider dismissing someone for their issues with your theme. It’s an incredible theme yes but it’s not perfect.
I’ve been using it for years and every time I’ve encountered an issue I’ve received terrible technical support from you, Ylli. You’re constantly dismissive and reluctant to do anything other than copy paste like you have above in this thread.
You should look at hiring someone else to help you with theme troubleshooting. A theme with over 30k sales should not be supported by just one person who is not meeting the needs of their customers.
A word to anyone looking to purchase this theme:
It is an amazing theme, but with many new releases or WP updates I have encountered issues that are constantly dismissed by the theme author. Horrible customer service and tech support.

I must say that I was really surprised to see your negative comment and based in your words I checked your username jdgatti and your old username Valtellina but I didn’t find any ticket in our support system (see video). Then I also searched in this theme comments section and I found that you created 5 tickets in total (read here). As you can see there we have replied to all your comments correctly. Can you please send me the ticket where you received “terrible technical support” please? I would like to see that ticket.
As for this ticket: I send you that message in my last reply because this was not a theme issue and more than 50% of the tickets that users create are because one of their third-party plugins creates the problem.
We try to fix all the problems that users report because that also reduces the number of tickets for us and makes our clients happy but the issue that you reported is complicated and the same problem is not happening in our end. For that, we need your Wordpress credentials so we can test this problem in your installation directly. To be able to do that you need to contact us in our support area and give your WP credentials in a private ticket. That’s why the support for this is not allowed here because you need to share sensitive informations.
I really hope that you understand the situation and will remove the unnecessary rating. Thanks!

Hi, I have tried to fix this Autotype issue at Custom CSS but I can’t find the correct code line for it.
The problem is that if I assign a type cursor to an Autotype paragraph text, it only stays for the first line. Then it breaks the line until the end.
Anyone know how to solve this?

Hi, thanks for fix it. The problem was I was writing < h3 > * instead of * < h3 >, putting the * after the head kind and not before. And that makes type cursor breaks the line.

I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product in its final domain.

Nope, i won’t take 6 months more just for this, i’m just gonna look for another portfolio plugin that works better than yours. And yes i can understand ! But the functionality of the “Support” is completely dumb, many times i’m not integrating the day after i bought it.
