Hey ehong33234, the Google mobile friendly test I ran on the URL isn’t showing that. However, if you switch into the the tab “page loading issues”, you’ll see the “Page partially loaded” error and it looks like the responsive stylesheet failed to finish loading in the test “salient/css/responsive.css”.

The mobile friendly test will quickly time out If the server has a delay in serving assets, so it could be related to that. Have you considered enabling minification on your site?

I would first try to enable the minification, however please note that the page is indeed mobile friendly as the test I’ve shared states – it will only show as not if the styles fail to load during the test

One possible workaround for the time being would be to use animated GIF images. You can use the “Bypass Image Cropping” in the portfolio settings to prevent cropping and thus allow the animation to occur.

Hey ehong33234, If you use the browser inspector on those fonts, you’ll see that the plugin is adding in various font styling rules. You could need to copy those CSS selectors and add in new rules via the salient options panel if you can’t dequeue the styles from loading.

Hey iamyeko, Visual Composer is a separate product from the WPBakery page builder and offers a separate set of features. Unfortunately, there’s no option for that by default in the WPBakery page builder

Thank you for your response after the past two hours I ended up figuring out how to disable the default blocking via inputting this in the custom CSS Field; @media (max-width: 767px) { .nectar-video-bg { display: block !important; } }

Hey wdxtechnologies, after taking a look at your URL, it appears the option I mentioned in my previous comment “Disable Video Backgrounds On Mobile Devices” is enabled in your theme options. If you disabled that, CSS shouldn’t be needed.
