I have a website with Turbo theme. https://www.starcarrent.ge/car-listing/ In header you can see the flags of the different languages. When I change language, I want theme texts to be changed too. fot example: search filter texts, Results Found, WHERE YOU FROM, WHERE YOU GO. I want all theme texts to be translateable. I use Polylang plugin for translation and please help me to fix it..

Hi those are coming from the plugin, you can use loco or wpml for translating plugin strings.

On you demo site it works perfect, but on my website it does not. When I choose dates on “Car listing” page and I choose a car I should choose dates again to be able to choose rental time. how can I fix it?

Yes. it’s possible with little customization. change $(’.price-showing’).hide(); to $(’.price-showing’).show(); from rnb-validation.js file.

Hi 1. download the latest version of the theme from envato 2. deactivate and delete the current version of the theme and theme associated plugins. 3. upload and install the latest version of the theme and theme associated plugins.
It is suggested that you keep a back up of your current work so in case of any issue you can roll back to current working version.
Hourly basis product has a bug, the price shows up as ‘per day’ instead of ‘per hour’

It’s missing the function, I modified it myself for now, hope its fixed on the next update
‘Pay During Booking’ is broken too, when you choose ‘0’ aka 0%, the system ignores the function and uses 100% instead which is by default
Hi From back end of the woocommerce settings>rnb settings you can select if you want to display per day pricing or per hour pricing.
Yes, if the pay during booking is set to 0 then our system will calculate it as 100% have to be paid during the booking.
I already chose hourly pricing, not sure why it’s not working, maybe just my issue

Vendor cannot add rental product
As admin it is possible to add a rental product, vendors don’t have the option. I suppose this stems from roles/permissions, can you tell me where this is changed?

We have some questions to know if your template adapts to what we need.
We need that the cars can be assigned to different rental offices since not all of them have the same cars or have the same prices. The office would be an option on the rental form.
We also need the prices to be different depending on the seasons that would be variable each year, in addition, the prices would be different for periods of days, that is, if the car is rented for 15 days, the first three would have a cost, the following 6 another and so on up to 15 days.
Does your theme meet all these requirements?

for seasonal pricing we have seasonal pricing addon which you can have a look https://codecanyon.net/item/rnb-seasonal-pricing-addon/25037993for you pricing issue we have days range pricing where you can set different pricing for different day ranges . like 1-3 days one pricing and then 4-8 another pricing and so on.

We have four rental offices. Office 1 have a car A with a price, but in office 2 the car A have another price, office 3 and 4 don’t have car A. So the customer first has to choose the office where he is going to rent the car and the choose the car.

“In search page, the templates are built based on underscore JS template. Not conventional WordPress PHP template. That’s why it’s little bit tricky to modify the template.”

Is the theme has a lot of bugs or it is only a normal issues that can be fixed easily and fast? 2. Does the theme come with latest version of RnB plugin? 3. can a use the RnB plugin separately if the theme does not work?
Hi 1. Our theme has the described features working well. If we find any bug or get notified about the bug then we take immediate action to fix them 2. with our theme we have rnb version 9.0.5 available and we are working to make our theme compatible with the latest version of the rnb plugin. 3.one licence is for one site only. You can use the plugin to the same site with a different theme but you can not use the plugin to another site. For that you will have to purchase separate license.

If a user books a vehicle at 9.00 am and returns it at 9.00 am of next day, he will pay one day. If a user books a vehicle at 03.00 pm and returns it at 10.00 am, he will pay two days. I don’t know if you understand what I mean.

I wouldn’t recommend buying this theme.
We’ve spent so much work making it work for my client’s website and still have a few ongoing issues. Here are some of the main problems:
- There are features that don’t work as expected or don’t work at all at the current time (bugs)
- We were lead to believe that it supports WooCommerce Bookings, while it really supports the “RnB – WooCommerce Booking & Rental Plugin”. If the author reads this – please fix the item description.
- Customer support is a nightmare. It has been more than a week since I reported one of the bugs and I’ve only received a few “please check your theme and plugins version” in the meantime (I purchased the theme after their last update in November, so I am running the latest bundled version).
- They don’t seem to update bundled plugins regularly and there are a few issues caused by that.
I hate posting bad reviews, but you can understand my frustration. I wished I read a review like this before getting the theme and investing so much work into it.
