No, sorry to say that but this is not possible to Float popup on Mobile version of the site, there is no option in the element for it, Although I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.
OK maybe you know mobile users are more than desktop Please consider this issue in your future updates

You can easily Import and have all the pages with the particular Demo and you can edit and Customize anything as per your requirements, Actually, the issue is only with a couple of demos, and that is because of our internal server only, we will soon fix it with the upcoming update of the Theme.

I have tried and tested it at my end with re-importing the same demo but finds the same issue, It means you are right, It is Importing the Demo but not with the latest content, So it is the issue, I am forwarding this issue to the development department for testing it and solving it with the upcoming update of the Theme so till that please be patience.

Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update the Theme and Plugins:

And if you are using Child Theme with Customization Code/Files then please once check your site with activating the Parent-Theme as well and if you are already using the Parent-Theme then please once check with deactivating all the third-party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache

Any updates on how this worked out with BigCommerce plug-in for WordPress to be used instead of WooCommerce? I saw a post from 2 months ago that asked and purchased it.

Is there any way we can get a refund for this theme? We tried it and loved all the functionality, but it was forcing us to Woocommerce in to get the Demos done and out server didn’t support the minimum specifications also.

This is not the Theme issue, It is working fine on Desktop version but not working on Mobile and only Image is showing on Mobile version right.
Videos can auto-play on desktop but why can you not get them to auto-play on mobile websites when the page loads? The answer is that the different OS developers intentionally disabled auto-play on mobile devices in order to protect user’s bandwidth.
In Safari on iOS (for all devices, including iPad), where the user may be on a cellular network and be charged per data unit, preload and auto-play are disabled. No data is loaded until the user initiates it. Auto-play is disabled to prevent unsolicited cellular download. iOS not only prevents auto-play but also preloading the video until the user initiates it. Android has disabled auto-play in versions 4.1+.
