We are happy to hear that you are interested in our theme, Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

On your Restaurant demo, the page name appears over the featured image in the header. Where was the setting for this? I think it is through the new Theme Builder, but there is no manual on how to use it. Can you help?

hello, i have a problem. i use a side header. in background of the header i have a image, which is correctly shown, but on mobile its only the background color. if i change the background color oppacity like for the desktop header, the image isnt shown. when i use a bottom header the background image is correctly shown on mobile. but this time i need a side header, maybe it´s a bug?

I use the JS Compiler of Avada, but it turns off after a few hours. My folders have 755 permission. Avada generates almost 90 scripts without the JS Compiler. 3,5 sec loading time. Very slow… When I enable the JS Compiler, the Avada generated only 12 scripts (1,7 sec loading). I am on HTTP/2. Avada switches the JS Compiler automatically off on HTTP/2. I want to keep the JS Compiler enabled. Otherwise is Avada to slow. How can I keep the JS Compiler enabled?

I only want everything to work well with the Avada template I purchased.
This is a great template, but unfortunately the mentioned part is not work well on mobile.
I see that you have over 560K sales from that template.
It’s difficult to believe I’m the first one with this problem.
Please fix it and send me the solution in email or an Avada patch.
Any solution is good for me.
The point is that the basic template works well on mobile as wel.

Please check this on a proper mobile device and not by resizing the screen, also please understand that the tables are not responsive by nature and you will always need to scroll right and left to see the complete table.

Of course first i have tried on mobile and the result is same. 
(The resizing the screen was just a demo for you for easy understanding.)
I think maybe you don’t understand my issue…
I wanted to suggest to you that you should total rearange this area on mobile.
(like the cart table on cart page.)
Because the orders table may contains many columns (date, status, price, sku, etc…
On mobile the cart page the table not responsive layout but it is a grid type layout and it looks very nice.
I think the orders table should look similar on mobiles.
Now on mobile this area ugly and it’s very difficult to understand.
Avada is a great wordpress template why couldn’t it be better?

We already tried that. We cleared the cache numerous times and have attempted on various browsers and all of this isn’t working. We’ve already spent the money to extend the license but cannot because it says our license is expired. We JUST purchased it yesterday morning. Please advise as this is hurting our business

So Google Search Console is sending this warning: “data-vocabulary.org schema deprecated”
I see a few other comments about the same issue with no response. Are you working on the update? How can we fix the issue?

This was never really an option. You would probably see in touch screen devices/monitor but on a regular desktop mode, the theme only has the hover option

When I updated Avada to 6.2.1 and WooCommerce to 3.9.2, my cart always says it’s empty, even though it shows items in there in the menu. I turned off every plugin except Woocommerce, fusion builder and fusion core and cleared all cache with the same result. I tried a different theme and all is fine. I restored back to Avada 6.2 and Woocommerce 3.9.1 and all is fine. It seems there’s a conflict with the latest versions of Avada and Woocommerce?

Good day, when I edit a page or post in the administration and click on the view page, the website will log out of the administration and the page will be displayed without the top administration bar. I have to log in to the administration again. It wasn’t like that before, I didn’t change or set anything else. Can you tell me what it is?
