hi, pre-sale question. i need to manage a pet hotel calendar reservation. i know each room has its own calendar for availability but i also need a per-hour calendar in order to manage lessons for training and per-hour activities. is it possible? i thank you in advance

Yes it’s possible if you’re running the latest version of the theme, go to “Hotel Booking > Restrictions > Add New”, set the “Min Stay” option, then in the “Add to season” section check the seasonal period you want to add it for.

I’m using your for theme for such a long time without any errors, but today I’ve experienced something interesting: When I would like to update a season pricing scheme for a room, after clicking on update and saving my changes, these are disappearing.
This happens just for some seasons. Do you have any idea what can cause the problem? I’ve updated the theme and plugins for the latest version.

Hello, i have just updated soho hotel them but i cant set up my booking page. All the settings i do are erased. I disable payments methods,guest limits etc but i dont see the action in my page. Any ideas?

You mean integrate that website’s booking system with Soho Hotel? Soho Hotel supports iCal syncing of booking data, so if that website also supports it then booking data can be easily shared. If you mean, adding their booking forms on your own website, you should contact them and ask if they have a WordPress plugin or some other way to integrate with WordPress.

The demo website room description where it says:
-Max Occupancy: 2 Person(s)
-Size: 35-40sqm / 375-430sqf
-View: City
Is just filler content, it’s the same description copy/pasted for every room.
If you actually set the occupancy limit as “2” in your installation the system will only allow you to book the room for 2 people.
You can try this for yourself after purchasing, if you encounter any problems let me know.

In order to sync it with airbnb and booking, i have to connect the ical of every language to airbnb and booking and the opposite? Or it is enough the synchronization with one language of a room?
