And if you are using Child Theme with Customization Code/Files then please once check your site with activating the Parent-Theme as well and if you are already using the Parent-Theme then please once check with deactivating all the third-party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache

Hello, I have purchased your porto theme, but the license only activates a site I want to activate another website, what should I do? Do I have to buy your theme again?

I’m upset because I just spent $59 for a theme which claims that two premium plugins are included Revolution Slider ($19) value and Visual Composer ($34 value)....but they are just the sample plugins that ANYONE can download for free…you also state that in order to use Premium functions of these plugins, that the purchaser must buy a separate license for each plugin….I feel that your description is VERY misleading in making purchasers of your theme believe that the PREMIUM versions are INCLUDED with the theme…I will be filing a complaint with envato

Not anyone can download those plugins, only Theme purchased customers can download those plugins, and I am sorry to say that but this is not from our end but this is Envato Policy and with all the Theme’s on ThemeForest.

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, you can not change the behavior of the PreBuilt Single Product Page Layouts, but if you want your own layout for Single Product page then we proudly announce the latest feature in Porto WordPress called ”custom product layout builder”, First of all, you have to go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product, you will find a new page layout called ”Custom Layout”: https://pasteboard.co/IFTy89J.png
, after selecting this, you have to enable product_layout post type in visual composer role manager: https://pasteboard.co/IFTz9YN.png

I measured your coffee demo test speed score on google page speed.

It showed 34 on mobile and 81 on destktop. Are those real time datas ? I mean you already publish this demo with most efficient way ?

You can improve the site Speed using cache plugins and also Porto Comes with default Speed Optimization Wizard Option, you will find under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard, So you have to use it and Minify the JS and CSS from there as well and use any third-party plugin for Compressing and Optimizing your site Images and also use server cache as well.

No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible, That Image is set as background: cover from row setting and it can not be overriden, the only possible way is, you have to edit the page and edit the row which has set the image as background and then remove the background size as cover from there and leave the option blank, and then you have to set the background size as cover for Desktop using Custom CSS and background size as contain for Mobile, This is something not easy and simple. So please purchase the support extension first and then contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check and do it for you.
