This is because you have added wrong Custom CSS, Please remove that Custom CSS and copy and paste the below give one under Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache: https://postimg.cc/QFfVHkxP

And other Icons issue is because of the cache, Please first purge all sorts of server cache and then deactivate it till you are in the development process and then remove the site cache and deactivate all the cache plugins from your site and finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 26/07/2018. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Is it possible to install the theme without ftp server? I’m currently developing the website locally. The steps in the wizard Plugins and Demo require ftp server settings.

You can simply Install the Theme on Localhost as well from Appearance >> Themes and Click on Add new and Upload and Install the Theme from there, It will work for you.

Good day. What ever setting i make in panel, in order to change the header that was made using a “Header builder” is not reflecting on the website. If i choose some other header layout, it is working fine, but on header builder it is not.

For changing the color of the Mini Cart, Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and change the color code in the given Code as per your requirements.

1. Porto WordPress is Compatible with Major multi-vendor plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors and Yith WooCommerce Multi-Vendor plugins, and Dokan MultiVendor plugin is also included in the Theme Package as well.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested YITH STRIPE CONNECT FOR WOOCOMMERCE plugin with the Theme so we are unable to suggest you on this, If you want you can try this at your own risk, and you will find all the third party compatible plugins list with the Theme confirmed from our end here:

2. So, you have to edit the ROW and then change the image from ROW setting Background as per your requirements.

And the Image Dimension you have to use is 1710×525

The Speed of the site depends on the Images that have not been optimized and Compressed and because of JS and CSS has not been minified and because of the Server as well our Theme has no influence on the site speed infact Porto Comes with default Speed Optimization Wizard Option, you will find under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard, So you have to use it and Minify the JS and CSS from there as well and use any third-party plugin for Compressing and Optimizing your site Images and also use server cache as well.

Basically the Speed of the site is something which can be achieved using Customization, So I only able to suggest you the tested solution, Please read and follow the instructions written in this article:

The demo images not included in theme package due to copyright reasons. You can use a few of them by saving the image manually, But I suggest you to try to always use your own images, it’s a better choice.

And if you are using Child Theme with Customization Code/Files then please once check your site with activating the Parent-Theme as well and if you are already using the Parent-Theme then please once check with deactivating all the third-party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache

Hello, I have purchased your porto theme, but the license only activates a site I want to activate another website, what should I do? Do I have to buy your theme again?

I’m upset because I just spent $59 for a theme which claims that two premium plugins are included Revolution Slider ($19) value and Visual Composer ($34 value)....but they are just the sample plugins that ANYONE can download for free…you also state that in order to use Premium functions of these plugins, that the purchaser must buy a separate license for each plugin….I feel that your description is VERY misleading in making purchasers of your theme believe that the PREMIUM versions are INCLUDED with the theme…I will be filing a complaint with envato

Not anyone can download those plugins, only Theme purchased customers can download those plugins, and I am sorry to say that but this is not from our end but this is Envato Policy and with all the Theme’s on ThemeForest.

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:
