I have just updated the Avada Theme to the latest version and now I am unable to edit any of my pages – once I attempt to edit, I am greeted with a blank page. What is the fix?

You will need to add an RSS feed for that in the site. I believe you want users to subscribe to your RSS feed or maybe show your RSS feed. You can show you RSS feed by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Appearance ⇒ Widget, Screenshot here. Alternatively, you can add a link to your RSS feed by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Theme Options → Social ⇒ Social icons, Screenshot here

Simple solution probably but how do you get the pill or round button effect? It’s for the content boxes element – read more button?

Currently there is no option to just have the content boxes read more button round. This will need custom CSS or your can add a regular button via shortcode, in the content area of the content boxes. While adding the button, you can chose the button to be round

Hi guys, I really like your Restaurante Demo. Unfortunately I cant found it in the Avada Demos Section in wordpress!? Iam only able to import single Sites from that demo. Is it possible to import the whole theme? Thanks in regards

That maybe because you are on an older version of theme, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Avada that is 6.2.1 and check again, if however the issue persists please open a support ticket with our team as you have an active support with us.

Yes, the theme can work as a news site. You can make use of a blog post element. However, we do not have an option to highlight specific post but we can make a post sticky and use multiple blog elements with categories

@Ammar please advise on the community forums tickets for the latest patch. I’ve requested your input several times on other messages regarding this latest patch and no one is replying, I’m pretty frustrated. This upcoming week I need to purchase 3 new licences for new websites. The new patch is causing more issues, I’m going to have to seek another theme until you can get things under control.

Please note, the community forum is not an official channel for support. There is already a newer version of the latest patch. This has been tested an applied in several user installs. If you are having issue with a setup where the patch was applied then please reinstall the theme using FTP (post taking a backup). Please refer the documentation here on how to install FTP, https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/install-update/how-to-install-avada-via-ftp/

Once done, you can apply the patches once again

Thank you, there is a newer version of patch #417631 ? I don’t see it in any of my websites back end. Did you release a new patch, or just update #417631?

The patch files have been updated already and all what needed done is simply to click on Apply Patch button again once, the patch does not break anything at all and everything should work smooth, if you are facing any issues, please get back to us through proper channel where we can inspect your site and see why are you facing this issue, I have sent you two emails already and you have not responded to anyone so far? both emails have been viewed days ago so I am not sure why you are not getting back to us there?

My support has expired so it won’t let me open a ticket. I am hoping that you can help explain what is going on anyway?

Whenever I update any page, I lose all formatting for 10-20 minutes until it finally goes through. I only seems to effect the pages that were updated. It is not site wide.

It looks like a problem with a theme, but I do not know how to fix it(

Hi, pre-sale question, I need to create gallery using masonry like in the screenshots or page: www.ugnehenriko.com/people Depending on browser width it would show one, two, three or more columns. I checked avada documentation and there is only predefined amount for columns and not based on browser width. Or is it possible with avada too? and how? Also would be nice to change the order for some pictures.

You mentioned “do have 100% compatibility and design integration with ”Tribe Events Calendar” plugin which I have used on my site, but the Map has stopped displaying on the event page.

I am getting the error: Uncaught ReferenceError: google is not defined

I have disabled all the plugins and reset to Twenty Twenty theme, re-enabled the The Events Calendar and the map is shown.

I then re-enabled all the plugins and the maps was still shown, only when I applied the Avada theme did the map disappear

Please advise on the solution to this…this is a charity event and they need the map shown

We do have the design compatibility with the ECP for sure, however regarding the Google Map please make sure that you have it enabled from Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Theme Features => https://share.getcloudapp.com/9ZuAx51O

Thanks – that was set to on, but the api key was only in the plugin not int he Theme settings – when I added it to both, the map appeared! thanks for your help!!!
