3. How can I set up woocommers to allow payment in Korea and abroad?

I set up woocommers. However, payment can only be made overseas and not in Korea.

It seems I’m not being understood.

First: you replied me on the thread but I don’t have the chance to reply from there. So you totally shutted me down. You consider that a good practice? I really don’t consider that.

Second: I created that thread on the 22 of January and I still don’t have a solution. You have videos were I show in all WEB Browsers, in all conditions that it doesn’t work.

Third: I had this same problem 5 months ago.

Fifth: I’m unable to use Thimpress elements, they dissappeared.

Sixth: Suddenly my footer dissapeared

Seven: Suddenly all my pages have titles.

I want my money back since the Theme is not working as expected, amongst this I’ve been experiencing more problems with it that are explained on the topics I created (and many of them haven’t been solved by you…).

I have read the refund policy and my case apply for it since and as it’s described by you “Item is “not as described” or the item doesn’t work the way it should.” If an item doesn’t work the way it should then the author is required to promptly fix the issue by updating the item. An item is “not as described” if it is materially different from the item description or preview. If the issue can’t be fixed or it turns out that the item is “not as described” then you would be entitled to a refund from the author.

So you consider more than one month is not time enough to fix my problem?

Pls initiate refund (request submitted 2 days back). Apart from performance, the theme has many structural issues – for e..g I am using the grid layout and the post titles isn’t even displaying fully.

I don’t see any point in raising tickets for every feature. I like some aspects of your theme – but largely, it is unusable and really bad on performance.
