Hi, I noticed a “bug” on the flip boxes on the mobile version.
Once you tap on a flip box, instead of showing the backside, you are instantly redirected to the link connected to it.
The same was happening with the portfolios, then you fixed it.
Is there a simple way (some css?) to fix this issue with the flip boxes? thanks

hi, my support expired a couple of days ago. It’s more a feature than a bug (eh eh).
In a flipbox with a link (always talking about the mobile version), if you tap on it, the link will open instantly. On the other hand, if you push (?) on it with your finger for like 2 or 3 seconds the flip box will flip. (if you do this for longer, it’ll perceived as a “right mouse click”.
The other elements (portfolio, hover-box etc) react differently. If you tap, the “backscreen” will be shown. So no need to push your finger on it for xx seconds.
I can provide a link if you want, but this is super easily reproducible. IMHO it doesn’t make too much sense to have “similar” elements (elements with a front and back side) react differently to the same “movement”, you know what I mean? thank you!

Do you mean multiple pages with different portfolio listings? You just add the desired Portfolio element to that page.
I want to have one page with a UX portfolio, url/ux and another page with an illustration portfolio with url/illustration. It shows different projects according to the page

I dont have support anymore and i think its expensive to pay to support for something that was working perfectly before. If the them has some problems you should inform or find a solution to it. How come everything was fine and now that my support expire i need to pay to get support?

Hi, i installed the theme, and it is great. But when i hit ‘activate’ for the Revolution Slider plugin, the black drop down menu boxes does’nt work anymore, they are not dropping down, only the links work. They only work when i disable Revolution Slider? what to do?

I purchased your Werkstatt because your Themeforest sales page noted it used the Elementor Page Builder. I have Elementor Pro and purchased your theme only to find out that it does not in fact use Elementor but Visual Bakery plug in. I need to keep my Elementor pages live and confused on how I use your theme with Elementor because I find no support information. Do i keep both visual page builders plug ins activated? Will this slow my website down and break each other page builders code if they are both a activated? Why does your theme list as a Elementor Theme both in description and under the Elementor category on Theme Forest , when in fact it does not use Elementor’s page builder?
Please advise the best practices in using Elementor Page builder with your theme as none of your documentation even lists it after purchasing?

Hi Mark, you can keep both activated. Our demos are constructed using WPBakery, so the elements are available inside that builder. However, you can use Elementor as well on other pages.

if you open the menu top right on a mobile.Then if you tap a menu item it highlights red, but you have to tap it again for the link to work.

ok since a couple of persons are asking for the problem of the double tap menu, here is a dirty by working solution (to be added at the bottom of your code):

thank you I did applied the modification from the update this morning but it didn’t seem to fix the issue ? I did a text compare of files with beyond compare and updated files accordingly. Is there something else required to fix this?
Depends on which files you updated you should have updated app.min.js file.

Ok so after some digging I did reset the options in the WerkStatt Theme Options and the menu worked. So I guess some parameter that are added to the panel can conflict with the theme javascript. I’ll go and change option one by one to see which one is the culprit. If you have clues for me would be nice
Ok found it. Basically if you deactivate page transition in: Customization > preloader / lazy loader > page transition > page transition OFF then the menu won’t work as expected. Something to take care of in the next update I think

No issue on my side, I just activated the transition in the panel. I was just trying to help, since this is a bug perhaps to be fix in a next release. BTW if you can provide information on what the updates are in each release would be nice

extra bug found, in the portfolio-related.php the string translation “previous” is missing from the pot file:

Hi, i can’t activate the theme. It’s been a while since i puchased the time. So the Support has expired. When i click the generate product key, i don’t get any codes. I have tried with the exact same link as in admin/general. with and without the www, and http/https. And if i try to paste my envato purchase code, nothing happens and it says “Wrong domain”... I have used the theme a couple years ago for another site, but i just erased my site when i was tired of it. What is wrong?

That means you have cache on your end. But this does not matter, as Instagram is deprecating its API and we’ll be removing IG related elements, widgets: https://fuelthemes.net/important-notice-instagram-feed-removal/
