hello.. I updated to your latest theme version to 1.9. I am still having issues with the plugins that need updating. LayerSliderWP, Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder, WPBakery Page Builder, I am sure the Slider Revolution has a update as well because its always needing one. How do I update these plugins. Please advise how I can get these updated.

I try to update these plugins, they say I need a license. I keep getting errors? Let me know what I have to do to get these updated. Can you send me a link with the most recent updates.

Hi, I have a problem with your technical support because I don’t have a verification email.

In my template 4 plugins do not want to turn on and update. My site is not working properly because visual composer, revolution slider etc. is not working.

I count on quick help

This theme is driving me crackers .. no wonder it’s on Elements! I downloaded this and installed all required plugins excluding Woocommerce. Like others have stated (but you have never explained how to fix), it now says the following plugins need updating and as such I cannot activate them:

I try to update them but it simply goes through the process and then still shows as needing to be updated.

I looked at registering on your designthemes portal but I don’t have a purchase code as I downloaded it through Elements.

How do I actually get this theme to work? Please advise.

Theme doesn’t work, comes with outdated plugins that cannot be activated .. support is non-existent .. avoid!

Got this theme from my Envato Elements account.

Having strange issues:

getting this message for four required plugins

“Installed But Not Activated, Requires Update”

the four plugins are:

Visual Composer

Layer Slider

Revolution Slider

Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer

I get messages such as this for visual composer:

Installed version: 6.0.2

Minimum required version: 6.0.5

Available version: 6.0.5

Now when i update it says “updated sucessfully” but then it still persists in saying it hasnt been, it wont let me activate any of the four plugins and it wont let me update them geniunely.

Please advise asap.

it wasnt a API key issue, it was the code built into the demo was displaying as text on the page rather than the actual map. thanks for the help but ive just used a alternative map than the one provided in the demo.

I did notice a few usability issues. Your icon boxes are nice, but it is confusing that only the text is “clickable.” When I’m watching users interact with the site, they are trying to click on the icon because it animates and appears to be a button, however there doesn’t seem to be a way to make it clickable. Two examples are on my homepage (triangular icons) https://www.peterjscontracting.com and on my Services page (i.e. the plus signs or the picture should be clickable) https://www.peterjscontracting.com/services/

I updated to 1.4 version. How can I get the three plugins from the third party vendors that want us to buy licenses to their plugins?
