Hi, the theme has a bug, if I set 2 decimals then it removes them just if I set 1 then it’s ok. But the customer asks me 2. How can I fix it? I can’t open the ticket because my support has expired but I don’t ask for support I ask for a theme that works. Thanks.

Hello, I’ve just installed the theme and there’s a bug… the prices are displayed WITHOUT decimal separator (, or .), so €59,50 is displayed €5950… even in backend.

Hello. I bought this theme through https://elements.envato.com as I have a subscription that I pay for monthly and your theme was packaged as one of the themes I could download and use. I’m having some challenges with getting Visual Composer to show up when I go to edit pages. Can I get some help. I have tried the following:
1. Tried to deactivate the Gutenberg Editor 2. I tried to install classic editor plugin and tried to override Gutenberg no luck 3. I tried to update the Visual Composer (WPBakery) plugin I’m using to the most recent and bought a license for it, no luck.
I’m trying to be able to edit my pages in Wordpress and see my elements and blocks by using WPBakery Visual Computer to do that, no Gutenberg editor. Also I can’t see TEXT edit mode (code-view) on the page editor when I click the tab “Text” in the editor area to switch my view?
Any help or direction would be appreciated.
Also when I tried to submit a ticket on your support website it’s asking for a purchase key. I wouldn’t have that since I bought it through https://elements.envato.com. Thanks in advance for your help.

J’‘ai acheté ce thème en février 2020. Je rencontre des problèmes de mise à jour avec les extensions WPBakery Page Builder (Editeur de thème) et Slider Revolution. Ces extensions sont vendues avec le thème.
L’extension WPBakery Page Builder ne se met jamais à jour, cela me signale que l’URL de mise à jour n’est pas bonne, je suis toujours en version 6.1.
Et l’extension Slider Revolution demande toujours la version Premium pour être à jour. (version actuelle 6.1.5)
Comment faire pour accéder à ces mises à jour ? Car maintenant je rencontre des bugs lors de la dernière version de Wordpress (5.5.1)

Hello. It seems the bundled version of Essential Grid (v2.3.6) needs to be updated to v3.0+ in order to fix some incompatibilities with WordPress version 5.5. This is in your latest theme release Version: 1.1.7.

The problem introduced here is that the older Essential Grid plugin ends up breaking Visual Composer so it doesn’t load, in addition to the other problems with Essential Grid and Revolution Slider.
I have updated my installation to Essential Grid version 3.0.7 and confirm this fixes the VC problem.

Hello I have this product licensed under envato elements, unfortunately it doesnt’ work correctly with WooCommerce as when I go to the checkout page it shows pre-filled fields, Name, Last name and email, (Name: FName, Last Name: LName1) and so on.

2. By default, WooCommerce plugin doesn’t support such functionality. Additional plugins may be required to enable such a feature.

Is it WPML compatible?
Thanks so much for the recent update. I just have a quick question. Everything is working great after the update except for I can no longer see “Theme Options” on each page now. It is missing. I went to “Screen Options” to see if it was not checked, but it is also missing there. Any thoughts?
I am using PHP v7.4 with all the required changes. I am using the latest version of wordpress v5.3.
There was a new version v5.4 that came out a couple days ago. I thought I would update to v5.4 to see if anything changed, and that didn’t work either.

I fixed the problem. I didn’t see any notifications that I needed to update the custom addon plugin. I had to go to Appearance>Install Plugins to see that I needed to update it. After that, I can see “Theme Options” on each page now.
I am having one other issue. On the blog post page the featured image is no longer 100% full width. It is also under under the page title. How can I get the featured image to be 100% width again and be above the blog post title?
