The styling on the sidebar is horrible. I’ve tried to use 3 plugins now to do product filters and on their demo’s they always look good but on the site, the theme overrides the styling and it looks terrible. Is it possible to somehow get help with removing this horrible styling so I can actually use one of these plugins? Support keeps telling me they’re not here to do customization work which is fair enough but it lets the theme down! My review will be updated accordingly from the current 5 stars. Between this and the very high requests, I’m starting to wish I hadnt bothered. Normally dev’s would try to assist, and as helpful as devs have been at times, at other times its just being told we dont do this when it stuff controlled by the theme itself.
I’ve had plugins not work at all, yet no help has been given there. I’ve had styling issues, yet no help has been given there. I’ve had the absurd high request count, yet.. no help.
I’m literally trying to get one thing done atm, which is to resolve the sidebar styling overriding everything.

The sidebar messing up is theme realted, and when well known plugins dont function at all, to me that’s classed as theme related issues. Both of these I’ve been told are customisation work so no help given.
Problem is, I’ve had plugins from CodeCanyon which are top sellers which simply dont function. Then on this occasion, I’ve got plugins which are messed up in terms of styling, but as the theme creates the styling, I’m limited to what I can actually do about it without help from the technical team.

Your technical team, who I suspect is you is taking the mick. First you wont fix problems which have been reported to you and on here you say you will yet on there say you wont.
I offered to even PAY to have the problems fixed, and after you accepted, you then changed the price by over 30%.
Avoid this theme like the plague. It has loads of bugs and technical wont actually fix them.
Well known plugins dont play well with the theme either. Wish I’d never bothered now as its causing me more hassle than what it’s worth.

As nice as this looks, only just noticed on GTmetrix it has a ridiculous amount of requests. Most of my sites would have 20-40. This has 159 to load a page.

Latest problem is your theme doesnt work with slick menu. When I sent screenshots in to show this problem, support removed the menu rather than fixing the issues itself!

Theme is fantastic looking, but your support is lacking. And when I posted this, you didnt offer to resolve the issue. You told me to apply for a refund. You completely ignored the question asked 3 times, before eventually saying ‘refund link here’ and that’s after you posted on here saying you’d fix theme related bugs.

Answer my ticket or I’ll keep posting here where others can see what support is like. Slick menu isn’t even installed as I told you yesterday as you cant be bothered to look into why your theme conflicts. However the other questions you’ve ignored and continue to do so.
Dont forget, slick menu isn’t the only plugin that doesn’t work with hour theme. There’s several as I pointed out to you. Most devs would at least take notice. You wasn’t fussed.
Most themes wouldn’t hard code options and not let user’s change these options either.
Even after ignoring these issues, you still ignore theme bugs. So don’t make it out to be customisation work. The quicker you answer my ticket which has now been several days the quicker I stop posting on here.

You cant edit certain fonts because they are hard coded. i.e. there are no theme options.
There’s weird bugs with display on images in the shop pages due to your when mouse hovers over image.
There’s display issues on shop pages where the icons in each product takes several seconds to align themselves in a straight line.
You cant edit the sitemap page as its again coded.
A theme is supposed to have theme options. This looks great, but if you’re not a coder, you cant edit half the stuff.
If I was a coder, I wouldnt need to purchase a theme….

Well I’m still waiting for my ticket to be resolved. In the meantime can you tell me if the theme supports text translations and if so how to find the text domain to enter in say what plugin. There are some spelling mistakes in theme files I need to rectify. Also, there should be a child theme for parent rather than child themes only for design variations. Not had one single problem fixed since yesterday morning. Had submit details, followed by nothing. You have menu items that are not in menu. Spelling mistakes. No child theme for main theme. Icons that are not aligned.

1. Is this likely to be supported going forward with updates? I normally avoid new themes as I dont know if the author is likely to continue to work on the theme and like to give it time.
