Please note that WPbakery and Revolution Slider do come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Hello. GREAT Theme! I am having fun with it. Question. I have a section with a heavy sidebar. (using the left side) Wondering if I can change the color of the background just in the sidebar area? Ya, I found that and tried that for the options – Side Area. When I change colors, It’s not showing any change. I played with all the settings for Side area and nothing is working. I know I am missing something on this.

After smooth installation, the “MIKADO OPTIONS” never appeared in the left navigation bar of the WP admin panel.
I tried to install another theme from mikado (latest version of Burst) and it DOES work perfectly.
So what is it with this one ?

I purchased this a while back and finally decided to do something with it on my site. The site was uploaded a while back. I just went through to download the demo content yesterday and I registered it and it worked fine. A bunch of things were messed up on the server, so I deleted everything and started from scratch. All the way down to a new version of word press. Everything is fine up to the download demo content. Now when I go back through and try to get the demo content, I get an error: “Code is already registered for other domain”. But it’s not. I just registered it for THIS domain yesterday. How can I get this approved to get the demo content?

Hello! I noticed that for the Testimonials section you are using the Owl Slider JS. I would like to know how can I make the “dots” on each testimonial match the height of the testimonial text, especially on mobile devices. I know I need to add somewhere “autoHeight:true” in the setup but I need your assistance.
Also, I installed this theme on a development website and I will need to move it to the clients domain. When this is done, do I simply deactivate it from the development domain, move it and them activate it on the client’s?

Dear Sirs,
Thank you for informing me – after many, many communications – that the “Full Width” option must be selected for EACH and EVERY row of EVERY single page on the website to correct the sidebar overlap issue in respect of 13” and 15” laptops.
However, you have STILL not provided me with a solution to correct the sidebar padding issue!
See the image below.
As pointed out before (9 days ago), the search and text boxes remain flush to the right side of the page – with NO padding!
Why can you not provide me with a solution to this very straightforward issue?
And why were Standard Sidebar Page Templates not included with the theme? Do you have any idea how difficult and time-consuming it is to create standard sidebar pages for an entire website when there are no templates? And when custom CSS code must be added to each page to correct the existing flawed code?
Please respond with a solution to this very troubling issue ASAP.

Dear Sirs,
Thank you for sending me a second set of code to correct the sidebar overlap issue on 13” and 15” laptops. However, this – again – fails to correct the problem (see image below).
Please note that inserting the code into the “Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS” field does not work. Similarly, placing the code in the “Page Settings” field also does not work. As an alternative, you have suggested that the padding measurements can be inserted into the “Row Settings > Design Options” CSS box of each row. Are you aware of just how much work this would take, particularly if those settings needed to be adjusted at a later date?
Please send me the “global” code to correct this very serious issue. Alternatively, please prepare “Standard Sidebar Page Templates” (left and right), that are an inherent part of all the other themes I have purchased in the past.
Please do not ask me to paste corrective code into every single row – of every single page – on my website.
This is not an acceptable solution for obvious reasons.
One final note:
The problem, as I see it, also involves the padding surrounding the sidebar. As seen in the attached image, the search and text boxes found in the sidebar are flush to the right side of the browser window (no padding). Given that there is nowhere on the page to make adjustments to the sidebar padding, I would ask that you send me the “global” CSS code to correct this problem as soon as possible.
>>> As mentioned before, preparing “Standard Sidebar Page Templates” would also solve this issue.
Summary:
This will now be your third attempt to correct this very straightforward issue. Please review your work before sending this to me again, as I do not want to waste more time in dealing with flawed code.

Dear Sirs, I have been waiting for you to send me the code correcting a major flaw in your theme. This is after losing more than a half day’s work trying to figure out what was wrong with your theme, and why a standard sidebar page (for which there is no template) does not appear correctly on a 15” laptop (overlap issues). This is not a minor flaw and should have been detected before the theme’s release. What user would suspect that a theme – purchased in good faith on Envato Market – would be so flawed as to not render correctly on 13” and 15” laptops? Again, I lost more than a half day’s work trying to find a solution to this very serious problem, as I thought the problem was mine (which it was not). How much longer am I going to have to wait for a reply?

1. Yes, you can choose to display blog posts by category.
2. There is no renewal. Your license never expires.
3. We’re currently in a process of updating all our themes. Our team is working hard to get all the themes up to date with the current versions of plugins and extensions.
