Hello, please tell me when it will be possible to output articles with different templates in the mobile version (as well as implemented in the plugin tagDiv Standard Pack ).
The fact is that I need to display different ads in different articles and categories in the mobile version of my site…. unfortunately, it is not possible to do this in the mobile version of the plugin, you can not even connect a different template for the output of articles.

The mobile theme plugin is a compromise between style and speed. If you need specific templates and specific ads, then simply disable the mobile theme plugin and use the standard responsive version. The mobile theme is only an alternative solution. The theme is already responsive and works properly for every device without the mobile theme plugin.

I know that. The mobile version is used because the speed of displaying the adaptive version on phones is low , which is why you need to decide how to register a new template for displaying articles.
Thank you for your suggestion. We will look for ways to implement new options for the mobile theme and not affect the speed but I cannot promise anything at the moment.

I’ve proceeded as suggested in the forum to solve the problem with YouTube:
1 – Updated the theme to 10.3.1 2 – Created the API Key. 3 – Cleaned cache. 4 – Pasted the keys in the Theme’s Social networks tab.
Still, videos are not being shown. The error says “Videos ids were not found or can’t be retrieved”. Of course, I’ve checked those IDs/videos and are OK.
There are some warnings in my Google Cloud Platform. One saying that the API key is not restricted and another one from OAuth that remembers me to set up the consent screen. Due to it was not working, I went ahead and completed that consent screen setting.
Anyways, it doesn’t work. Some videos simply can’t be added. Just to give you an example, I can’t add this one: JWcVUt0vPk4
Can you provide a link to share my admin credentials to get some help?

Our theme has an ad system as can be seen here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/ We do not have any events or “Write for us” implementation added to the theme itself but plugins can be used in this regard. our theme uses the default user roles and capabilities of WordPress.

Maybe you are using the mobile theme plugin. The mobile theme does not use the fonts added for desktop. It has it’s own implementation for fonts. In Could template editor, the Youtube playlist does not load showing an error (Video ids were not found). I tried with all the possibly ways (channel id, video id, playlist id). If i use Vimeo it works.

Sorry but at the moment there is no simple way to get the custom subtitle field to show up there. All of the theme post settings are added through the meta box named “post settings” At best , you can move the subtitle at the top of the settings like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/4A4wLcYfF5z but it will involve editing the theme files to move the code corresponding for the feature at the top of the file. Hi, after I updated the theme to the latest version an error appeared that you can see on printscreen, when I set wp_debug: true – in the config file. To test, I turned off all plugins and the error is still there. When I turn on the default worpdress theme, everything works ok.

We recommend to make the updates on staging website, with all plugins deactivate and only after the update is finish, you can activate the plugins one by one and check the website.

Hi Bogdan, that’s not the issue I’m referring to.The site is up and running. It’s the Google ads that don’t load on the homepage only while they load on all other pages.

Indeed, from what I can see the ads appear fine in all locations in the website, for example in post pages – https://prnt.sc/rn3u5r Only in the homepage there are 403 errors. I would suggest to clear all caching, also CDN if you use it. Also check this guide – https://www.shoutmeloud.com/adsense-403-forbidden-error.html There isn’t much we can do about it from the theme side, the theme will load the ad codes the same way regardless of theme version used, but if Adsense provides 403 errors the ads will not appear.

Yep, I’ve also tried the solutions from different articles I could find online. Turning off cloudflare rocket loader, disabling other plugins, clearing all possible caches, etc to no avail.

It is quite quite an unusual issue, why would the ads be served in all the website except a specific page. You could if you did not already, ask for assistance from the adsense community, the users there have more experience with Adsense, they might have seen this before or have some more suggestions to fix the issue https://support.google.com/adsense/community

Hello, presale question, You introduces tag-div composer to edit pages, but what about posts? Why you not allow to edit post with tag div composer. I don’t like Visual composer, Does your theme compatible with elementor or beaver builder? or do you have any advance plugin for Gutenberg?

Indeed tagDiv Composer is a page and template builder, you can create pages for your website and templates for posts, categories, authors … For posts our theme use only the WordPress editor (Gutenberg editor) and some extra options that are added by our theme for the Gutenberg elements. We do not recommend to use Visual composer (WPBakery) with our theme for posts, only for pages, also we haven’t tested other plugins for posts with our theme like elementor or beaver builder therefore we can not say for sure if these will work correctly or not, sorry!
