Actually this theme version is not updated, but I see that it is identical to the one on your demo page, because your demo theme does not show the “filter by price” widget either and this widget is included in the demo content. Which counter you are talking about?
It is very simple. The shopping cart icon has an indicator or counter just above to know how many products have been added to the cart. When I add 4 products to the cart, this indicator or counter only appears in the desktop version with the number 4 correctly, but does not appear in the mobile version, so the client never knows if the products have been successfully added to the cart. Do you understand now?

This is not issue. When added product in cart after a time it will hide the sidebar. And if you want to go in cart just go to top and click the cart icon. and it will visble until you close the close icon.

I have installed the latest version of Marketo Theme Today. But getting the following Error: Your theme (Marketo Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available, contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
Affected Template: marketo/woocommerce/single-product/related.php (version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.9.0)

First check you have installed unyson plugin or not. If you have installed already. Go to unuson menu from left side admin menu. You will see a notification in top that you have to install some extension. Install the extension. You all set. Just go to tools-> demo content install to install the demo content.
