By default Wordpress does not allow using videos instead of post featured images. However you may achieve a layout of your preference by using an additional plugin to set featured videos for posts.

Hi！The WPBakery keeps telling “Please activate your copy of WPBakery Page Builder” all the time. But what’s weird is that I can use as normal，just like it has been actived. I wonder whether it is a bug or something else？The WPBakery is 6.2.0.

Whizz includes a bundled version of WPBakery plugin.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

I was using the theme and everything was working well but now I can’t use any features of WP Bakery because it can’t update (you need to buy a license to update it). Shouldn’t a license be given when you buy whizz theme? I can’t do much with the theme without WP Bakery.

Unfortunately my support has expired so I can’t create a ticket. I just would like to know if buying this theme means receiving license for WP Bakery, which will update without problems, making it possible to use the theme for a long time.

Hello.
I’d like to use an svg to put my logo on the Header. I have installed the SVG Support plugin and now I can upload svg files to Media. I went to Theme Option > Header > Text logo style and selected the image “logo.svg” from Media, however, when I upload my website, the image doesn’t appear. What’s the problem? How can I fix it?
On the other hand, the Google Maps page does not work properly. When I load it, I see the following message: This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.

Dear Support,
I have the following questions/problems: 1. I use Album Type 2 and I’m not able to switch on the main menu bar (see http://pola-art.de/portfolio-item/life/). 2. In the page (desktop version), where I scroll through the individual images, the icons on the upper right side (see http://pola-art.de/portfolio-item/pola-flowers/). How to fix that? Works on ipad & iphone! 3. The loudspeaker icon/audio autostart: a) On Windows 10 Chrome browser (Desktop Version 81.0.4044.69) autostart audio works, but I cannot switch it off. b) On Windows 10 Firefox (Desktop Version 74.0) and iOS Safari, iOS Chrom autostart audio does not work, but can be switched on/off c) On Windows 10 Microsoft Edge Browser it works fine, but the icon sensitive area has an offset. 4. How to configure the social Share: icons/links? 5. In the portfolio-item view, I want to show the image title & description (configured in the media overview!). The image has 6. In the table version the images vary in size, some are full screen, others have preview size (1/6 screen size). Why?

Heya guys, just recently installed your theme, and followed all instructions to the end of the installation part. This was on a friends computer as he has installed websites before. Since coming home (1 week now) I cannot navigate much on the wp-admin. whenever I click on anything I get the following message
