If you have only one package then user will be sent directly to submit page

1. Is it possible to block the site with username and password so that only registered users can post classifieds and also only registered users can see the classifieds and fill out the form? 2. I want users to be able to upload items for sale, but when an interested client completes the form on the right side, it will be sent to the administrator and not to the person who uploaded the classified, not to the seller, only to the administrator, is it possible? 3. 1) yes you can set only register user can post listing, for view listing, this feature not available custom work required
2) custom work required or you can set a contact form in sidebar and disable builtin seller contact form
3) yes this feature is available

well its strange, please try to submit ticket in English language or contact via designinvento@gmail.com as for as your issue is related to map api, if you are not using google map, please deactivate map addon by going to wp-admin -> plugins
