Just purchased. Many demos have missing images in them :( I’ve seen many complaints and was hoping all these were fixed since last update was 30th december but seems like still not.

Fonts still Underline when demo imported as well. Why not just fix everything properly in download that is provided through envato?

It has now been over a week since I emailed your support team about the issues wth my site. I have tried to be patient as up until now you have responded to my concerns. However, I’ve now hit a point where I am extremely unhappy with your service. What I wanted, and purchased, was a theme that I could use without constant errors and extended support. Currently I am receiving neither and am contemplating opening a series of disputes about this product/service through Envato and Paypal.

From the very beginning I have been plagued with Illegal offset errors appearing, issues including not being able to bold text, see products in the store and having template content change size along with titles. Each time these issues have occurred I have spent significant time trying to figure out how to resolve them myself, followed by emailing you back and forth and uploading and reloading theme files. I even paid to upgrade Elementor thinking there was an issue with their plugin only to be told it was with this theme, not to mention the fact that I’ve had to purchase extended support from you.

Most recently, I have gone through the distress of having my website entirely crash after downloading the latest Strollik, have had to access it in recovery mode, revert it back to an earlier version thereby losing significant changes made, email you once again for a fix, and only to get back a website that is still suffering from serious issues (you can see my ticket from 7 days ago Saturday at 8:15am for more details). What’s worse is that when I just clicked on the Opal ‘welcome/dashboard’ page in order to prove that the link to your documentation has also in fact never actually worked, I was greeted with yet another page full of errors.

I had actually intended to change my previous 1 star review as requested as you initially seemed to be resolving the issue since the crash. However, what I have been left with since then is more problems, a website/business that I can no longer use, and a sharp decline in your level of service and response rate, which is just unacceptable.

Can you let me know as as soon as possible when and if you intend to reply, so I can take the appropriate action moving forward.

Can the Elementor plugin build a customized product page landing page with this Strollik theme? i.e. I wish to drag and drop elements where I want on the product page, but keep the theme home page as is? I believe I may have to pay for the Elementor Pro version to add a price table on product page etc… If the product page is fully customisable with Elementor, then I will buy the theme….(?) is for a SINGLE product store.

Hello, I installed the theme but the footer now shows under the page, both on blog and the shop page. No matter the length of the actual page, the footer shows up below the content on the page.

Oddly enough, the contact page is not affected, nor the homepage or about us page, just the shop, blog, and product pages.

i noticed you released a new version of the theme – Strollik5. But i don’t find any info about the continuity. Is it a proper update of Strollik 4.5.1 meaning: compatible with all content, plugins etc defined on a page in Strollik 4.5.1?

What do you recommend regarding updating theme & Woocommerce for a site currently running Strollik 4.5.1 and Woocommerce 3.8.1?

Can i download the new Strollik release and replace the current theme without issues?

Sorry, from version 4.0.0, the theme has been updated to use Elementor. And your current version still is Visual Composer. If you want to update to 4.5.1, which means that you need to build your site again using Elementor. Thanks

Hi, strollik-elementor means Strollik updated to use Elementor, strollik5 is version 5. You just need to download the new version and update.
