I have been considering to buy this theme which looks really interesting. Just wanted to clarify with the developers a query that I have.
In the comment section of every news article, I see that there is NO user registration option provided. It is just that you fill in your name, email and comment on the article. Is user registration available for visitors?

I have not tested any such plugins with the theme, so I cannot guarantee any would be 100% compatible.
After the WP5.4 update the editor is not working. Can not type any text.
This block found an error and can’t show an example (free translation from Dutch)
Any other people with problems?

FYI: The latest Wordpress update breaks the add post block feature. The add post page layout changes, and when trying to add a heading or paragraph block it advised “this block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed”. Works with the generic themes ok, so there is a theme / packaged plugin issue.

When I add a post it’s saying enter a tag for featured tag for Featured Post area. it’s not right way. I’m using Turkish word for slug and it’s not accepting. I want to take money back. Please contact me.

This is not cause for a refund since there is nothing wrong with the theme itself. If you need help with something, simply submit a ticket at the Support Center and I’ll be happy to help.
But refunds are not processed simply because you are having difficulty doing something. Otherwise, anyone could claim they’re unable to set up the theme, get a refund, and end up with a free theme since you’re not able to actually give the theme back. Things don’t work that way.

The logo height of the top header section will resize based on the size of the logo, but the smaller header section and the mobile header is a fixed height.

Dark mode is something I will consider for a future update, but what other header logo options are you looking for? There are two spots where you can place the header logo, either in the larger top header, or a smaller one in the bottom header area.
Hi – i think there are some bugs.
1. If we post a new article and set it as featured, it wont show on viewers not logged in to our website, only people or writers logged in can see the updates.
2. New articles dont show up on the latest side bar area on top of the homepage same as #1. Only logged in users.
Pls advise and dont have us pay for support which a problem from your end.

These do not sound like issues with the theme and are likely either an issue with your caching plugin or some other plugin or just something you are doing uniquely on your end. Hey, I’ve installed this theme on https://brightsideofnews.com and the only complain which I have is that there was no notification that the Theia Post Slider is not included, I spent 10 mins trying various codes and password resets to figure out that it’s separate from the theme

Hi. You told a customer 11 months ago that views count “will keep it in mind for a possible future update”. Are you going to implement it or not? I don’t see it in the demo page. The template is everything I need, but the view count is crucial to me.

That is related to one of the plugins you are trying to activate and not the theme. Please refer to the Zox News documentation (the one in the zip file that you downloaded and not the online documentation) for instructions on how to properly activate the plugins.
