Ads can be any size but widgets are fixed width. If you want a custom width for a widget, you can change that with some Custom CSS – which you can get from support.

Hello, in fact the question is more about the theme itself.

On the Zine demo page the top banner 728×90 disappear when i switch from Desktop to Mobile. Is there an option to activate it on smartphone ?

Generally you’re going to use an ad code provided by an ad network. By default, it will be visible on all devices (if the ad network supports it). On the theme demo, we’re using a manual image as demo – it’s a sample ad, and we have disabled the ad on phones for demo purposes.

So yes, in real usage, it will display on all devices unless you use our demo sample to disable it on phones.

As we have mentioned previously, the current version does work good with latest WordPress version, except for Page Builder which requires installation of “Classic Editor” plugin (a plugin used by over 5million sites). There’s only one known issue with theme right now – review schema when using the reviews – which is actually a false positive. In short, everything works.

Having said that, there’s still work going on an update. You can follow it in this topic (login to your support account to view).

I no longer have the support access and I do not intend to renew it for only 1 small update of the template per year!!! I think that is the case for many here. So I’m going to give you the information that will be useful to everyone.

We don’t limit support access. If you ever purchased the theme, you will still have support access. However, there’s no purchase badge for your account meaning the theme was never purchased with this account.
