The “sticky menu” has been broken since I upgraded (when I scroll down it disappears). I can’t post a support ticket since it expired. Can you please help fix the plugin?

I can see your theme has been updated a couple of days ago. Yet it is not compatible with Wordpress 5.3.x and Woocommerce 3.9.x. Any reason why? And any plan on doing so in the near future? Thanks

I’m not sure our theme is fully compatible with all plugins. So in this case, please try to use another plugin like: WP Faster Cache plugin, W3 Total Cache,...

I transferred my site to a new host and update the theme. After the transfer, the theme start using up my CPU and entry processes. The host company said the problem is the theme. My support ticket has expired and I don’t think I have money now to renew it. I am thinking of doing away with it.

After a recent update to your theme, the theme is causing my client site to generate DDoS attack. The site was working fine before the update. My ticket has expired and I can’t afford to renew it now amid the lockdown I am experiencing.
My host gave me 12 hours to rectify the issue else the account will be terminated. the site has been down for two weeks now.
What can be causing the theme to be generating internal DDoS attack? When I disable the theme, it is working fine.

1. Only Administrator should have ability to Add New Courses, assign Teachers to Courses, View how many students registered for Course etc.
2. Students can only view courses, view teachers for courses, register for course by adding the course to Shopping Cart and checking out through Paypal etc.
3. Teachers should be able to register and select which courses they can teach etc.
When used on a shared web host, what is a reasonable expectation for the capacity of a site powered by your LearnPress engine? Eg: will a site slow down after 200 student accounts? 2000 student accounts? 10,000 student accounts? Thanks!
