I submitted a ticket for this almost 3 days ago and still no response, I am literally stuck because of you guys. I should have gone for one of the top selling themes as I usually do but I decided to give yours a chance and clearly I was wrong. 25-35 bucks more expensive, buggy, un-optimized and lack of support.

I already figured you guys made a mistake packaging the files wrong, I already saw that when it gave me that message… It doesn’t take an expert to know that so no I don’t need to open a support ticket for this, nor do you guys respond. I need a refund, terrible theme (poorly optimized and buggy), terrible service.

Please delete all theme plugins and the theme from your website.

Download the latest theme.zip file from ThemeForest and install it on your WordPress. Then navigate to Appearance >> Install Plugins and install all plugins.

If your site breaks down during an update, you need to completely remove the theme and reinstall it. Your content will be saved in the database, so you don’t have to worry about losing it.
