Sir the thing is this: GTmetrix wants the picture to be exact same size of the container. If the theme makes them like this, when you are on 3 columns in desktop it looks good, then you go to 1 column in mobile and 1 column mobile is nowadays about 550px, which is double of the desktop column, so you sould complain be cause it looks low quality.

So, for the sake of responsivity, we need to keep the images at a size that fits any resolution.

There is a basic concept about responsivity that big companies understand and leverage, while the common user don’t understand: a responsive website is not the one that, using same code, looks good anywhere.

Is serving a perfect website for each specific device, usage, and user behavior.

You’ll notice by going on the sites of big companies, radios, networks and similar, that the website you see from your phone is COMPLETELY another site.

But the people on themeforest want another thing: to make the site once, and that it looks good everywhere.

So, we need to make things like this.

There are indeed CDN and professional services to serve scaled images depending on the device, like CloudFlare.

You just pay a professional service (as a professional website needs professional services) that depending on the viewport of the browser rescales on the fly the pictures.

But it costs about 25$/month.

Of course, to win a race you need a race car, and it has higher costs, which not everybody wants to pay, therefore we need to provide the best results for the average user, when instead professional users are also adding on top professionals set-ups, services and servers.

This is to give a fast explanation of the big difference between a 100% A grade website and normal website.

Not to mention the fact that the same shortcodes to make, for instance, a posts grid, are, for the sake of the health of your server, using all the same image size.

Because otherwise they should make a new thumbnail depending, each time, how many items you put in a row with page builder.

So you may end up with gazillions of images on your server and start to wonder why your server is full, and will end up blaming the theme and saying is not well conceived.

While we need to make the math with an average 100$/year hosting that people may have, and take care to not fill up 30 GB of space in 2 days by generating thousands of thumbnails to make GTMetrix happy.

I’d be happy to provide more explanations but we are, indeed, in the middle of a big scaling for our systems, so I hope this quick explanation can be still useful whilst not complete.

Hello, the theme presets the video to be muted, but your personal YouTube settings are cross site and can influence the reproduction of the video across instances embedded in other websites.

This is a personal specific settings (means only you have this problem).

How it happens:

the video is notmally muted. If you go on your same site, play that video (from another page for example) and turn on the volume, the volume setting will be stored in your personal settings.

Then, next time the video plays,, also as background, it will still have the same volume level you previously set.

You can open the site in incognito and see the problem don’t sussists.

Hello, on which device/browser does it happen?

On iPhone XR, checking using instagram, twitter or just sometimes in Safari browser it will never load the more info tabs… How can i fix this?

I’m sorry but I don’t understand what you mean “using instagram….” If you mean clicking the site from a social network, please remember that those social network try to open the sites in a “minimal” internal browser, that is not a real browser, and doesn’t render correctly every website. The theme is tested for months and hundred of times on every device and browser, we don’t have issues on any browser.

Also, I tested your site and you have many plugins that may cause conflicts and issues not derivated from the theme itself.

Laqst but not least sir, your support is expired, so I canpt provide more hlep on this subject, because the described problems are not caused by heme bugs.

Hello! 1) Royalty is a taxonomy (a category) useful if you sell tracks under different royalties for different prices.

For instance you can sell a track with full royalty (edit the track and use it for isntance in a television commercial) and you set it for 1000$, or you set basic internat usage (as background for a youtube video) and set it to 200$.

Then use the taxonomy to add the different available royalty types to each track so that people can filter them easily by royalty category.

2. Is for ghost production tracks, if you don’t sell ghost tracks, you don’t need it

3. You need a WooCommerce Multi Vendor plugin, but this is something that is not part of the theme functionality or customer support. Just search for WooCommerce multi vendor plugin, and you’ll find many, you need to search for the features you need.
