I found 9 php errors on theme. It’s really hard to say what is going on just by looking at these errors without being able to access the site to debug the issue, not knowing the context or anything about your hosting platform, PHP version and configuration, versions of your theme and plugins, third party plugins you have installed, whether anything has been customized, did anything happen before the errors started, etc.
I can tell you that other users are not experiencing these errors, so I would start by eliminating things you have added – 3rd party plugins, customizations, etc. Then I would confirm that all of your software is current and up-to-date and that you are using a currently supported version of PHP. Outside of these things if that doesn’t resolve your issue you will need to renew your support on ThemeForest and then open a Support Ticket including a temporary wp-admin login and also an FTP login so we can properly investigate and get to the bottom of whatever is going on. how can can i remove “Item Location” & “Other Comments” tab under product listing ?
https://prnt.sc/s9co0j please check screenshotUnder Listing Options >> Single Listing Page >> Content Tabs just delete the text Vehicle Location and Other Comments and click Save Changes. That will remove them.

Hi guys, thanks for perfect theme. Unfortunately I have problem with css after latest update of Automotive Listings plugin 15.8. All rows after Search Inventory Box element are damaged, except when stretching of row is “standard”. Thanks

Hi, I see this message in the dashboard: Important notice: You have an outdated version of WPBakery Page Builder Design Options. It is required to review and save it.
But when I click “open design option” button, it says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Search and filtering: Is there the option to multi select, such as selecting 3 or 4 transmission types.
Yes (it is not enabled on our demo site), however you can enable this in the options under Listing Options >> Inventory Page >> Filter Multi-Select

Hello, I cannot edit pages or add cars. There is a critical report that the Automotive Listings plugin should be deactivated. Only then can I call up and edit the pages! Do you know the mistake?

Hello there,
I have an issue about updating the listings after I uploaded the Theme and the Automotive plugin to the latest versions. Basically I can’t edit other listings created by other authors anymore. My user is an administrator, so I should be able to edit everything that I want.

It was an issue in my database, after I uploaded everything something got corrupted.

Hello, following the update of the latest version of the theme, I have my screen which was blocked on a blank page, and I no longer have access to the administration of my site. So I tried to update the theme directly from FTP, thinking that this would solve the problem, but I still have the blank page.

I am trying to activate Automobile theme on a new domain from a brief test domain which was pyevans.co.uk which the hosting as now be removed, im trying to set up the theme on pyecommerials.com but it keeps recognising old theme token (Envato account) on drop down menu relating to old pyevans.co.uk..token and wont let me add new token i generated in relation to pyecommercials.com domain – hosting package….how can we fix this please…Thank you

I understand it’s used by third party application services, but I can’t seem to find any listings for these services. Can you clearly give me the name of a service that works 100% with your VIN import module and the page of the site offering this service?
